I should not have made this mistake as this could have been prevented had I not used so many props in an inappropriate fashion, I had learned my lesson and almost never use my prop perms now because of this. Staff Knowledge Section What previous experience so you have as a staff member either within Garry’s Mod or the Nutscript Gamemode? none Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]: I wish to become a member of the staff team because I want to make a meaningful impact on the server beyond in game RP. I feel that the server has a lack of staff taking tickets, even at high traffic times due to most staff members having rpi characters or rp commitments. I hope to remedy this issue because the lack of tickets being taken at high traffic times massively slows down rp and often leaves people with unresolved issues. In addition to this, I feel that new players are often driven away from the server because they lack the necessary guidance to get them into factions or get an understanding of the systems of the server. For the sake of the community's health, I find it imperative that these new players get the care and guidance that they need to become involved members of Prometheus. I am a good fit for the staff team because I am very level headed and always try to be understanding when working with others. Since avoiding bias is a keystone of being a staff member, I will work hard to uphold a just, unbiased demeanor when dealing with players' issues. In conclusion, I am fully prepared to enforce the rules and guidelines of Prometheus proportionaly and correctly. I believe all members of the server are subject to the rules of the server regardless of who they are and that no exceptions should be made to this. Most importantly, I seek to make a positive impact on the future and present of the server, whether this be through punishment of players so they can learn from their mistakes or by teaching and guiding them to get a better understanding of the server. Lastly, I am a quick learner and I have no doubt that I will rapidly fit into the roles demanded of a Prometheus staff member. [150 Words or more]: A position on the staff team is a great honor that requires an unbiased, accountable, and professional person. The staff member must uphold the rules of the server to their fullest extent and ensure that they are followed by the players of Prometheus. While the staff members must mediate issues and guide players, it is paramount that they refrain from interfering in roleplay unless absolutely necessary. While acting as a staff member, you function as an arbiter of OOC conflict, making sure that players are represented properly while stil upholding the rules and providing fair judgement. The staff member is a representative of the server and therefore, they must act like it. They must show respect, patience, and pride for the server they are a part of. All staff members are required to maintain good judgement and show consistent activity that allows for them to make a strong and effective impact on the server. Notes: none

Name: ChuckSmoke SteamID32: 76561198342427952 Staff Member who issued the Flag Blacklist: MomsMom Explain why your flags were blacklisted: I was very bored and thought it would be funny to spawn a shit ton of props, this ended up lagging the server. Explain why your flags should be unblacklisted: I am greatly apologetic for this, seeing as this action was blatantly idiotic. It was not my intention to cause harm to the server. To be honest I have no idea why I thought it was a good idea to spawn a bunch of props in one spot, but I have recognized the severe nature of this. Since I wanted to make sure I never did anything like this with my flags ever again, I had decided to wait at least a month before appealing. On my Ouroboros character, the use of dupes is a key element to good rp, without the use of props, I will not be able to generate the kind of atmosphere that makes people engaged in our experiments and tests. Moreover, dupes are an essential part of getting funding for projects and research. The loss of flags is detrimental the roleplay on my main character and I simply care far too much to let something like this happen again. Additional Information: It has now been 34 days and I can reliably say that I will remember this moment every time I plan on using props. If I was offered the opportunity to get my flags back, I will never make this mistake again.
