Hello, I believe you have the wrong guy in this case then since I don't even have a MP40 on my back or on my character at all? I have a stem on my civ character and you can check logs to verify. Also, you showed me logging off the server doesn't implicate anything? I don't even have a MP40 and you are showing my military character which is allowed to have a MP40.

We were in party wing and he was near a very noise polluted area next to Konsul's office while I was the main door. I had left because there was no more RP since I couldn't even hear so I left. I ask that the staff reconsider the ban since I havent been banned once in my 3.5 years of playing and have only accumulated 2 notes EVER and that was recent due to me just getting back into the game. I have made good friends in my arrival and didn't mean to break any rules anyway. I am a clear roleplayer who larps and has a good rep so I don't think banning me was justified at all. I was driving my car and there were people nearby in the road I tried dodging them but none of them died. VDM is only valid if the player dies or I believe attempt to kill them with a car, I have no priors and have a good reputation among the server in the short time I am here. I feel like 1 week for VDM is ridiculous because I am obviously not a minge and RP consistently. I have no notes or anything and have been grinding the server, I have like 16 hours of playtime in my first 2-3 days. I ask for the staff to please reconsider this ban
