I don't see how I am "manipulating the situation" when I am stating what I saw and what happened to me. You even Acknowledged that he had to pause/stop the RP for another character, which therefore made the generals have a OOC discussion with the Oberdienstoffizier. I was with the Oberdienstoffizier in the cells for 95% of the time and never saw this "discussion" occur IC so must have happened OOC which I don't mind and I understand the current RP situation wasn't important. However after coming to this agreement in OOC (through discord probably) he was let go and I had a discussion with the General Der that he will return and be punished the next day when Available (this was said in a office with multiple people). Additionally I personally was not the dragging the incident as I was just making sure he gets punished for the clear violation he committed, however the General making the document didn't have enough time. Its quite simple as if the Oberdienstoffizier never had to go and do his duties on another character it wouldn't have lead to my PK. The RP was paused yesterday out of respect and understanding for the situation. However to come back on the same character after pausing the RP, avoiding the punishment for clear incompetence and then punishing the person that held you or assisted in your punishment cause you never got punished. Again in clearly terms if the Oberdienstoffizier never had to go off his character he would be on the eastern front and I wouldn't be getting PKed as he wouldnt have seen me in NSB cells. This section shows that you clearly didn't read or understand my argument as I am not complaining about the NSB PK but rather that the Oberdienstoffizier was let go due to OOC reasons that then allowed him to go unpunished and allowed him the opportunity to punish me when it was convenient for him. As mentioned before the discussion which lead to his realise must have been in OOC as I was with the Oberdienstoffizier in the cells without seeing any IC form of discussion between the General Der and the Oberdienstoffizier. Again after he was realised again the generals came to an agreement that he will be getting punished when he comes back onto his character however he never came back or gotten a punishment which gave him the opportunity to PK me.

Character's name & rank: Ben Klaust, Feldwebel SteamID (STEAM_0:X:XXX): STEAM_0:0:567785962 Staff member who issued the PK (if you know): Brownie Explain why you were PK'd: Brownie on his NSB character (Oberdienstoffizier Heinrich Morgenthau) got arrested/detained by the feld for breaking into the ICC in front of multiple people/generals. After he was being detained he was put into the BB cells and questioned and interrogated. He was also supposed to be “sent to the eastern front” as a punishment by General Der, however conveniently he had to leave in 10 minutes and stated so in LOOC, by states “Can you hurry this up i have to go to X at 5” so the general that was writing up the document that would “send him to the eastern front for 2 weeks” was unable to complete it before he had to leave. So the generals came to an agreement to let him go and punish the Oberdienstoffizier when he comes back/has time to get punished, therefore he was let go so he can leave and do whatever has to do at 5PM. However the next day after the RP was paused/stopped and not punished the Oberdienstoffizier would take me away from a dossier that was occurring in the NSB cells and would inform that cause I beat him up and threatened to take him to the eastern front he will now take him to the eastern front. He later set my rank to Grenadier and took me to the train station and PKed me. Why should you be un-PK'd?: The Oberdienstoffizier used LOOC to get out of an IC punishment and later was let go due to it. LOOC text shouldn't have been the verdict or the decider if he was let go and not punished for it. Due to him using LOOC leading him to be let go the next day he would go after me and PK me. The argument can be made that if I stated that I had an OOC issue and needed to go, would the punishment be waived ?
