I was not informed of the reason I was being PKd nor was I told that I was PKd. Additional Information: Lawson gave me permission to appeal it after the 72 hour mark due to me not being on the server for 6 days+ and me just noticing my char ban.

+1 I've known this man for a while now and he would never intentionally crash the server. Playing around with C flags isn't the best and a reduced ban would be better than a perm.

It could not be roleplayed out because he decided to call on his radio for all his men to come and help him and a huge shootout started. It was quite literally last resort.

The KG already raided the base before this happened, then you took over the BB with all of KG again. But like you were told by Goose, it doesn't matter if you would be looking for an officer to transfer, you still did not follow our commands while under FearRP. You were jumping while we told you to stand still and then you called your men that took over the BB to help you, which resulted in you dying. You had complete disregard for RP and your characters life. This is why your character should stay banned.
