-1 On your application you fail to answer the questions that are being asked, such as "brief overview of your character's duties/everyday activities", you never actually explain what your character does or even what faction they are part of. In the notes/bans section you mention that you were banned once, but you don't explain why. Lastly, you fail to meet the word count requirement on both parts of the staff knowledge section.

Hey, I was the staff member that banned you. How the situation went from my perspective, is that I was about to exit the bank until you ran in, and what you proceeded to do was say the hard R a few times as you ran past me. After that, a member of the Feld came in to the bank to whom you decided to say another inappropriate set of words (you will hear them on the clip that I will provide). You also asked for ammunition from both me and the Feld member (and later on other people in front of the ICC aswell) so you could RDM someone. Unfortunately I forgot to clip the part about threatening to RDM, but that was not factored into the ban anyway. After all of this, I pulled you to a sit on my staff character and proceeded to explain to you about having broken Global Rule 1. I explained to you what this rule is, after which you asked me if it was myself that you were causing verbal abuse towards by using the slurs. I told you it wasn't, but that it still breaks the rule regardless. Like you said, you told me you intended to apologize if I had felt like I've been abused by your choice of words, but what you fail to mention is the fact that just because I didn't feel that way, you felt that there is "no need to apologize" for what you said. I provided you with enough context and explanation regarding the situation. In fact, I probably gave you a lot more of an opportunity to explain yourself than would have been necessary, since you did not even want to apologize for your actions. If you genuinely want your appeal to be taken seriously, maybe focus less on trying to point fingers at staff and more on understanding how your words can affect the people around you. Hello, I was the staff member who banned you. Unfortunately, I could not include you in the sit since you had already left the server. The Luftwaffe who you killed had a clip of the incident and it was RDM clear as day. I checked your notes and you had 3 warnings for RDM which were all from within a short period, 3-4 days ago to be exact. "Minge hour" does not exist. You're never allowed to break the rules, so that excuse is simply invalid. I understand you regret your choices, but like I said, you had multiple PO's regarding the same thing, so in my opinion a ban was the only option here. Here is the clip of the RDM

-1 This is a terrible idea to be honest. Extremely niche, I mean, a faction made only for discharged soldiers? Did you even consider how many people there are that would actually be eligible to join that? And how many of those people would actually care to follow this backstory?

+1 I think specifically for the upcoming MITHC change this would be a good idea since I'd assume there would still realistically be a lot of black people in the Americas.
