Then was meta gamed through spawn location and killed again. then left. again, thats not serious roleplay, nor is it valid when the one initiating the rp metagamed through ooc which you left out the last message when in advertisement they said "lock or (something" and then he responds in OOC to the ad to bypass the advertisement wait time ( then the search leading to the arrest) I literally said while tied and blindfolded "hey patrick great an admin is here. take me to a sit", again why would I leave when i requested to be in the sit lol then follow up with you. Again no, i did not intend to rp after already roleplaying the situation out and being killed twice lol, doesnt look like they did either. youre then referencing clips I gave you after the ban to justify your ban decision when you did not have any information prior. the ban time also got extended from 5 days to 2 weeks, again any ban on my account I appealed (looks like 1 and it got overturned for being a wrongful ban.) You literally admit they were using ooc comms in char yet still jsutify this as serious roleplay after being spawn killed twice and once in rp. pretty hypocritical. Again, I was banned for "ltap, ltarp" but left after i was killed for the second time, i never left during a rp scenario.

Hello, thanks for supplyiong my own clip i gave you AFTER i was banned. As we chatted about in discord this clip was taken after being killed in RP 2x before hand and continuously spawn killed. I was then killed after getting up after this clip ( check logs) witch i suggested you do and you refused to. I am the one who requested to be brought into a sit which you replied " you are in a sit" then my pc crashed. why wopuld i ask to be in a sit then ltap and follow up with you on discord not even 2 mins later lol. Your quote is about NLR not applying when killed randomyl, the arresting officers chose to shoot me then arrest and kill me 2x more then youre saying I have to continue doing this as long as they wish? thats not serious roleplay. funny you can find the logs of my deaths but nom logs of the minister chatting in ooc. How is spawn camping the train station numerous times after already dying in RP ( which I gave you the clip of as well as them mentioning "mods" in character which violates metagame and failrp" justifiable? Again what PO's? as far as I am aware I have no bans on record minus a flag situation which was revoked, and again I literally messaged you I was rejoining off my phone when my pc crashed which follows the rules and was still banned before my case. The logs literally say "player killed" then I disconnected again this was after another death previously in RP. I never disconnected during RP, and complied with their orders.

That being said after tying this person who was in the ministry of labor I beleive they proceeded to use OOC to say "shut down the warehouse." where ore could be sold. I proceeded to make it there and then to the bank where an attempt for my arrest was made. I complied and turned around and had a firearm on me and as I was being tied one of the officers shot me. This happened quickly but in RP. ( I never fired my weapon or anything." I then proceeded to sit int he train station and the people arresting me came immediately to me which I believe is failrp as they would have no idea where I would be not given the knowledge of the spawn-point. They then proceeded to talk about calling admins and such for a pk, but shot me and killed me again. After this I re spawned in and was arrested and transported to the ICC where they then again talked about PKing me in game. I was blindfolded and an admin came (patrick) and I asked to be taken to a sit, my comp disconnected and I messaged him on discord I would be back within 2 mins. I loaded back in and was abnned for Ltarp, fail rp, and ltap during a sit and was not given the chance to explain in game as the admin said I could just appeal here. Very unfortunate I got disconnected but I am not sure how this was taken as a legit RP scenario when I was killed in RP multiple times and was being spawn camped 2x after the fact for a rp scenario that transpired 20 mins before hand by the time I was taken to the ICC. I was also banned for PO's but have none to my knowledge and have been on the server for quite some time. (besides maybe a flag offense for flying machines). Thanks for hearing me out!

Description of the idea: Basically there would be a new application section much like staff or trusted apps that donators who work in KAG or have a reason to have more building prop perms could apply for. Why should this be added?: This should be added because the prop limit used to be much higher on the old maps. Business owners and those who contribute to the server through decorations, buildings, etc. would be able to provide a much more immersive experience. I for one have tons of dupes like the vaults I have created, offices, etc. for many people on the server and being able to spawn them in together creates a much better experience for everyone. What negatives could this have?: The negatives are obvious, people could abuse this function which is why the application step should be put in place. This would make it that you would have to showcase your builds, work in the KAG as a business, or have some sort of credibility when it comes to building on the server. Additional information: Overall I think this would be a great add on that would allow for a lot more creativity in the server as well as get those buildings downtown decorated and beautiful again! Currently myself and another individual setup a construction business as well so maybe some sort of builders guild would be beneficial as well? ERP is erotic roleplay, not sure how we can just classify anything as erotic because some weirdo might have a fetish for it. It all has to do with context. like i said the military dudes were making a joke and it was clearly a joking matter. also i played that sound effect once, and again its 2 seconds long. not mic spamming.

I was over in the chess area and first the staff member muted me for playing a piano sound for legit 2 seconds when a group of us were joking about vampires. he claimed "mic spam" even though the clip is literally 2 seconds long. I then walked over to the reichstag and was talking to 3 military guys when one of them says "omg this man is covered in piss and blood" then another man said "if you piss on me im going to beat you" so i typed in chat *pisses on you* and the military guy started chasing me. the same staff member then banned me for ERP for 5 days. Not sure why he would categorize this as erp as the military guys literally were clearly joking if he was around and in no way was it erp. seems like a silly ban and like the staff member just wanted to give me a ban after muting me for another dumb reason. ive been on this server for a long time, contributed with vip, and have no previous record for erp, or anything of the sorts. I was not even going to appeal and just wait the 5 days but taking things that out of context and making anything "erp" is pretty petty. Thanks again for your time guys!
