Hi, I was the Marine who had requested the detainment of warfarealert and his buddy. As stated by Thone, many members of the MGD and NSB do now know that the sub-section exists. I didn't even know about that until this situation occurred. He had very little time to process the information and react. And he did stop using his radio when told to. But, he is still killed for it. It was a very fast-paced situation and our reaction to it was very primitive. We had very little time to think rationally and react accordingly. It was very much a dog bite reaction on our part. Now that we have had time to think about it, we would like to reverse the PK. I am not very big on second chances when it comes to "common sense", but I believe that warfarealert deserves that second chance with Adalbert. +1 UN-PK

I relogged after my game had crashed and my Character was "Char-banned". Additional Information: This is the second time this situation has happened to me. The first time, I logged off the server and when I logged back on one of my characters was PK'ed. I made a staff sit and the staff member said that a mod had PK'ed my character, however, it was not logged. I made a PK appeal, but, I did not get a response so after 4 days I decided to clear it and delete my PK'ed character. I am now facing the same issue where my character was PK'ed after I logged back onto the server. I DM'ed the supposed staff member who had PK'ed me and they said that they had not authorized any PK's at all on the day that Keller Neumann was PK'ed (Which is today). Once again, I was not in any situation that would constitute a PK. I was inside the bank with my CO and had not died in any gunfights since I had been in the Volkswatche (About an hour or so) and I decided to switch to one of my other characters. It was then that my game froze and I decided to relog. After I joined back my character Wehrmann Keller Neumann was PK'ed. Again, this is the second time my character has been PK'ed without warning after I logged onto the server.
