In the first clip that is posted below, I showed this military officer my ID then I tried to tie him, keep in mind I didn't know this was bannable and I didn't end up completely trying him, I only attempted too. Vixx pulled me into a sit and told me that doing this is exploiting shown in the second clip. When he pulled me I had no notes about me doing this ID exploit the closest note was me doing the splint glitch, which is where someone applies a splint on you then you tie them but this was just a note and I never got banned for it because I never did it again after I got told not to do it anymore. Vixx decided to not give me a verbal nor a note instead he chose to ban me banned. In my mind I thought this is RP, think about it, someone ask for your ID and secretly you cuff them while they are not paying attention (that's how I look at it). Then he told me I was going to be banned for 4 days but Instead I was actually banned for 5 days. No hate to Vixx but I believe the reason he banned me was not because of the exploit I did but because how many notes I have even though none of them were correlated with the ID exploit. I'm currently working on removing some of the notes if it is even possible to get rid of notes. What happened was (before the "RDM") I got robbed by a feldjager about 10 minutes before I saw Saito (The man I had mistaken for the feldjager that robbed me). In the clip at the bottom you can see how I hesitate to pull my gun out until I make sure it looks like the feldjager that robbed me. After matching them up I pulled my gun at Saito the person I mistaken for the robber and shot him once while he was in a moving vehicle. I believe he should've not banned me for shooting him once although I understand his POV (I have really bad notes, I'm working on appealing them). I told Saito I'm sorry for shooting him and all he said was I'm going to give you a timeout for two days. I understand it was wrong and stupid, I just wanted to make my chances the best as possible to be unbanned, which clearly was not a good idea. The Original ban I had was for 3 days then I decided to create a new account because I grew impatient. Since I did this I was banned for ban evading, Permanently. I was in the wrong and I should have just waited for the 3 day ban, I would be very grateful to become unbanned and I will never do anything like this again now. I will try my hardest to bring the best for the community. I also have multiple friends that reprimanded me for the actions that I did since they play and engage in the roleplay. I apologize for all my childish actions and like I said it will never happen again.
