Attempting to release individuals in a room that was highly secured is unlikely to succeed, the possibility of death was extremely high. No, you killed a user who was actively being restrained whilst he was outnumbered. You caused a gunfight, it is extremely clear cut and simple. You RUINED a RP Scenario.

When a user was being detained, withe everything under control, you shouted and began shooting him in a room full of NHC and GO’s.
