+1 Great application, highly commend and recommend Jakob. During RP he shows qualities which will be beneficial and helpful to the team and prove that he can hold the position of Moderator without a doubt. He holds a great understanding of the Server Rules and has shown that he is interested in joining the team through countless chats in the past regarding it. Hi there, thank you for posting this appeal. Firstly I would like to start by addressing the lack of sincerity you displayed prior to your ban being applied. In the sit you were brought to you openly admitted to 'Running people over, because its fun.' You were given amble opportunity to apologise and show sincerity but you did not. Your previous Bans reflect this as written in the 'Ban Reason'. I do not believe you should be unbanned. You blatantly broke the rules and admitted to it. Hi there, thank you for posting this appeal. I am almost certain your ban period will be completed the time this is reviewed. When you post an Appeal, please actually include the ban reason - 'RDM | PO's | NITRP'. Your car is irrelevant to the ban reason. It was deleted as you were ramming cars outside of the casino and ran me over on the path, doing so you knocked me unconscious. After removing your car, you followed me into the casino and shot me in the head with no interaction or reason. I discussed with you in a sit about why your car was deleted, it was done for good reason to prevent you running over any of the others around the casino at the time after you hit me and attempted to do it again. Trying to 'sell' a gun does not result in RDM'ing someone by shooting them in the head... - Notice how you admit to it in the Ban Appeal title, I do not know what you are trying to dispute seeing as you have admitted that you RDM'd me. Please think more carefully about your actions next time.

Had some great RP encounters with you, I think you could do well on the team. I have read all of the replies. As far as I am concerned and to repeat what the judge said - this is an IC matter, you are a CO and should have taken the care to read the documents you were signing. You chose to sign and therefore provided evidence against yourself. Think more carefully next time.

Understood. You confessed though so unfortunately RP wise theres not much you can do, you basically waived your rights to fighting your trial and charges. In such situations, you choose whether or not to break under pressure - unfortunately you did. The guy could have heard from anyone in the city or have known you previously. Unfortunately without any solid evidence there is no way of proving metagame. Regardless, you pleaded guilty and confessed so the PK is valid.

Hi there Paku, thank you for creating this appeal. I understand your concerns, you were consulted by me right before the PK when you were in the Jail Cells if you had any questions or wished to question anything to which you replied with "No, it is all good." I understand you were tired and therefore maybe didn't put up the best defence in court, however you were sentenced to Life Imprisonment and were found Guilty on charges as follows; 1 Count - Disorderly Conduct 1 Count - Espionage 1 Count - Subversion of the War Effort I notice you mention the scenario, stating 'Sign a Confession Document for the Crimes I did." - that language you use suggests you did indeed do it, and were therefore found Guilty as a result. How can you prove they detained you and suspected you because of Discord roles? Do you have solid proof of this? It seems extremely strange to detain someone merely because of a Discord Role and I highly doubt a Warcourts Judge would order Life Imprisonment if there was no evidence against you which could be used IC.

I am talking about today, when you were banned. You know fine well when as you related to it in your first comment on this Appeal. You did use the truck, I overwatched it. It is irrelevant if you own one, as you hopped in one on the side of the road and used it. And yes, '/fallover' was being used by you to exploit so people wouldn't see you driving as it places you behind the drivers seat, making you invisible. This contributed to the RDM you then committed with the two vehicles, first with the truck and then with the bike - one after the other. These actions do not make people laugh, many were angry as they lost weapons and items. Regardless of how you perceive their reactions, it is against the server rules and you know that. I will not comment further on this Appeal, I have stated the facts and I will let UA conduct their evaluation and make an informed decision. Thank you.

Hello, thank you for posting an Appeal. This is your second one this week. Firstly, when making an appeal please ensure you include the full story. You have been banned for NITRP | RDM and PO's, all of which apply. To briefly describe, you were abusing /fallover to appear invisible in whatever vehicle you occupied on the big stretch of road which goes past the bank, shops and car dealer. You rode straight into myself and a crown of people in a white truck, killing me and multiple other people on impact. You then proceeded to come back and do it on a bike, this is when I swapped to staff to see what was going on and caught you doing /fallover and driving into another crowd of people intentionally. RDM - You firstly used a truck, and secondly a bike to intentionally run over a crowd of people, killing them. You know this is wrong and you still chose to do it - not to mention the '/fallover' exploit so no one could see who was driving. NITRP - You are engaging in actions which do not support the roleplay which is encouraged on the server, you were being a mInge and showed abssolutly no intention to either stop what you were doing, or stop to think whether it was right or wrong.
