None Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]: I believe I should be picked to join the Prometheus Networks Staff Team due to my prior experiences on many roleplay platforms, e.g Unturned, Arma 3, Minecraft and others. I am a very quick learner and will ask for help if needed. I also have a deep understanding of the rules and the guidelines as I am a seasoned player of the server. I first joined 5 months ago and since then practically fell in love with the server and its great community, everyday joining and enjoying the larp, the Intriguing lore and the breath taking story formed on this wonderful server. My knowledge on how the server operates and works, can allow me to help to advising new people on game mechanics and how the server works. I have a driven urge to help others, with my knowledge most importantly my friendliness. Don't hold grudges against people, even if they have hurt me in anyway. I'm a fast learner and can get things done when needed, I am also very good at calming situations down and won't escalate things unless needed. I have never really decided to become staff on any other servers because their community didn't feel like family until I joined the server. I have grown a liking for the community and what it's trying to achieve on being a fun roleplay experience. [150 Words or more]: Staff are Essential to the management and safety of any server. the responsibilities of a moderator or administrator are simple, punishing players who break the rules and or helping people who have game issues or server questions. They are also to assist with tings like promotions, factions whitelists, demotions, etc. They are to be fair and neutral to the player base and community, and should be leading by example that being mature, respectable, and disciplined. Staff may even give out advice to players to prevent them from breaking the rules by bring them to sits. also It is your responsibility to carry yourself with a friendly and positive light and walk into every situation with the understanding that your actions reflect the community at large while keeping out those who want to ruin the flow of RP like minges, cheaters, rdmers and or vdmers. As stated the goal of staff is to ensure the community is safe, happy and having fun.
