    +1 Would definitely benefit the RP in the server. Particularly when war games are being put on by the different factions. Can also see how these could be abused though if randomly placed around the server by some people.

    Neutral. I do not personally have any characters in the Kriegsmarine, so I don't have a particular opinion on the uniforms, though from what I've seen they are quite nice. However, I don't see why some new models would hurt if they're optimised for server usage.
