If picked for staff, I would be more active on the forums than I currently am, which is just browsing here and there to see what people are posting. For the server, I am active almost every day. Sometimes I have work after school or on the weekends, which might cause me to be less active on the days I work. Other than that I stay very active within the server.

Leitender Staatssekretär Sterling Müller:
Sterling Müller is well known in the server community, as I've held various positions over the past year or so (Leading State of the MOP, Police President, and now the Leading State of the Truth Ministry). This character is the Leitender Staatssekretär for the Truth Ministry. My main duties are as follows: Weekly Die Einheit production, and there's more to that than just editing. Most of the stories in the recent papers, I've been there to write a story on, capture pictures of, write, and edit it to make it into a quality story. I also help my Minister with anything he needs, such as going to meetings or handling administrative matters within the ministry to make sure everything is flowing properly. This is my most active character, as it's the one I enjoy larping on. There's really never a dull moment in the server with this character.
Militäroberinspektor Werner Heisenburg:
Werner Heisenburg is a character I used to use more, but now it doesn't really get used as much. It was the deputy of the MGD (still holds the rank because I stopped playing on the character) and for a short time, the character was the Chief of the BSD and Police Commander of the GSD. But as of right now, he isn't doing much, as I didn’t really enjoy the MGD or the NSB when I was there. I may end up transferring into something new in the future, but right now I'm more into playing on my MOT character.
Major Leo Steiner:
Leo Steiner is a character I also used to use more, as he was the Chief Security Officer for Abteilung 77. Which was the military research group that I think has now been disbanded or just isn't used. I did enjoy playing on this character, as it gave me some fun times but the fun has died down, and I really have nothing to do on him. I should probably transfer to something that would give the character something to do, but like I said before, I'd rather be on my MOT character.

Have you received any infractions i.e Notes/Bans? If so, what were they for and what could you have done to prevent getting them next time?:
Yes, one and it was for MRDM, I killed 3 or 4 people that had broken into the bank. I didn't try to get them out or just leave the situation because it wasn't my job to handle that, but Instead I pulled a dumb move and decided to just shoot them thinking that would just be it and it would be done. However I ended up receiving a 4 day ban for it. If I didn't inject myself into the situation I would have been fine but I did the stupid thing instead. I won't be doing anything this utterly stupid again and I made a mistake and regret the decision I made.

What previous experience so you have as a staff member either within Garry’s Mod or the Nutscript Gamemode?
I was previously a Moderator on a now somewhat inactive server, Exhibition Mexican Border RP. Other than that, I have not staffed a server before. However, I am very interested in joining this server’s staff team, as I have friends who are staff who enjoy it and I feel I would too.
Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]:
I think I would be a good fit for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team because of the deep commitment to this server, my activity in the community (Will be active on forums more than I currently am), and the wish to be one of the makers of a good and not boring atmosphere for every player within the server.
I have spent quite a lot of time on this server, and in that time, got to meet and interact with so many great people that make Prometheus Networks so unique. These experiences not only gave me an appreciation for the server but also insight into what works well and what areas could use some improvement. As someone who genuinely enjoys playing here, I’m excited to contribute to maintaining a fun and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone.
One of my main goals as part of the staff team would be to address the disruptive behavior that some players bring to the server, such as those who engage in MRDM (Especially for events like medal ceremonies or like yesterday at the emergency Federal Counsel meeting) or other forms of griefing aimed towards the servers player base. The server should be a place to come together and have fun without constant disruptions. I am very motivated to help in removing the people causing harm to the community and enforcing rules that allow for fun, respectful gameplay. I'm extremely active on this server and don't plan on slowing down my activity anytime soon.
My commitment to being present and engaged means I’ll be available to assist with issues and moderate gameplay, ensuring that everyone has a great experience. I’m ready to take on the responsibility of helping to grow the community and ensure that Prometheus Networks remains a place where players can enjoy a high quality, engaging experience. My passion for the server and its community is what drove me into wanting to contribute by joining the staff team.
What are the duties and responsibilities of the position you are applying for in your own words? [150 Words or more]:
The position I’m applying for on the Prometheus Networks Staff Team comes with several important duties and responsibilities. First, a staff member needs to make sure that everyone is following the server rules. This means keeping an eye out for disruptive behaviors like trolling, MRDM, and any other actions that harm the experience of other players.
Another huge responsibility involves the assistance of players whenever they have questions or are having problems. It could be explaining the game functions, disputes resolving, or any other general questions a new or existing player might have, staff has to be there to help out. A staff member also has to work as a mediator, with all the issues handled in a fair and reasonable manner.
The role of staff also includes being active on the server, playing regularly, engaging players, and helping to create a positive community atmosphere. Staff are expected to contribute to discussions on how the server can be improved and to help make it a fun, friendly, and welcoming place for all.
Notes: I am active after 4 PM EST Monday through Friday, given I don’t have to work after classes. On weekends, I can be active all day unless I have to work, which normally takes up most of the day. If I do work, I'm on in the evening normally.
