Although I have never played on gmod or done roleplay before playing on this server, I have found the experience very fun and rewarding.This has inspired me to join the mod staff and I believe I would be a valuable asset. Thus I would like to help maintain the community and help keep it that way. I have no experience but I am more than eager to learn and understand the staffing and moderation of this server. I have plenty of time to do so. My schedule is very flexible right now. I am available most days during the early morning hours and late at night. I know that the availability of people drops off during those times so I am more than happy to help out and keep the tickets from piling up then. I have thoroughly read over the rules of the server and know them by heart. As someone who has regretfully gotten in trouble a few times in the past, I have taken the time to familiarize myself with the rules and what is expected with the players on this server. If selected as an admin, I would take time to help others, be respectful to everyone and work diligently to support this community. I am very active on the server even though I have only been playing for a few months. I am very motivated to help others enjoy the same positive experiences that have kept me coming back day after day. [150 Words or more]: The role and responsibilities of a staff member are to keep an eye on the server and ensure a welcoming environment for all members, new and old while also being the support for the server and being vigilant. This includes overseeing player interactions to prevent rule breaking and reacting quickly to solve any problems. Helping out with things like recruiting and promotions. Staff members are to uphold the values and rules of the server to help everyone enjoy their role play experiences. They would ensure that they are not engaging in any negative behavior and are acting in a professional manner. They must be as helpful as possible and help out with any questions or concerns. Staff are someone people look up to and so it's important for them to be cordial and inviting when possible. They need to be unbiased and treat people fairly.
