Clip one Lububu is not a reason to shoot someone everybody has a freedom of speech to a degree in the server and are allowed to speak their mind of the point that some stuff will get them in trouble with NSB, or even the staff depends on what you say. in this matter you warned him for saying LUBUBU and then shot them in the head which doesn't provide a reason to fire by military law nor did he commit any action against you for you to fight back in a self defense matter. I can agree that the 2nd person to "die" isn't confirmed dead nor do we see him die by your gun it was thought he had died from your actions. The main guy who clipped the videos was shot by you. BUT to note you as a military soldier have the right to refuse orders from any command above you even a Feldmarhsal if you seem the mission/job given breaks laws or even could be harmful to you or others. Those orders doesnt count for him but counts for you as you are the one who opened fired on civilians and can be tired by Military court if the rp was the go that way.

I when which go confront my friend in the feld and ask why is Oberst is allowing crimes to happen on his watch and commiting them himself with in this talk a feld NCO states that a tan suited soldier stole my pistol in which we return to the bender block and confront the obesrt and the soldiers. In short the oberst goes on to state random stuff but mainly ask the question "why did i request the entire Gebirgsjäger for a pistol." this is what is seen in the clip above to note i had called in the Gebirgsjäger stating feld are illegaly arresting people and we are needed. My actions wasn't over a pistol it was for the safety of the heer and citizens. But he states this in the clip showing metagaming that he used his access to my channel to gain power of the issue.

Prometheus is the backbone to my own, and many other roleplay experiences and is a great server to be a part of and help to further its life by playing a part in, and creating RP Scenario’s and environments for all. Prometheus is a great server to be on, and I want to help continue that and make sure others feel the same when playing on the server. When dealing with these rulebreaks its important to explain what's happening and not just punish the player as they may not know. You have to be levelheaded and open to everyone's views and opinions in a sit. As a staff member you are the face of prometheus, it is always important that as I said above that you always act good and make sure you have quality in the things you do. Jakob would answer one of my tickets but i get tp into the air again and killed. so me and another feld who thought the staff that was killed us was he had him killed. few more times again i got tp and killed. I then told arrow what happened and got killed Again i wonder how one community that makes so much damn money can't even fix a staff team by this point. I then get brought to a staff sit where im told I BROKE THEN RULE BUT YET I DIDNT FUCKING KILL HIM and note in staff sits before I've been told that who gave you the orders are not at fault YOU WHO FOLLOWED IT IS. So it seems like to me the staff are making up rules and fucking over a rp. SO without a draw i followed the command given and shot a the NSB and opened fired. i was then brought into the sky not even to a Box to talk about the event that had just happened just mind you is a fail on the staff team. Staff should have been able to talk to me and ask me what happened to WHY I SHOOT but i instead the staff said i was lying and banned me. This even was caused bya simple mistake within the Jeldjagers DUE TO THERE BEING NO OFFICER THERE. An NCO too charge and order to open fired which i had done and yes the old saying is you don't always have to follow orders Well its PN you can get arrested for not following th4e little of orders so mind you the track reactor of the feldjager and their orders are not the best. Manly im sorry for the rdm in my mind i didn't know they where ok cause if the staff had saw the huge amount of NSB at ICC and the fire fight it could ahve been a understanding for the RDM.
