During the situation I didn’t knew I could ask for approval to pause rp due to having an emergency until I was told afterwards My ignorance of the rule that I could had pause the RP in emergencies led to a situation where my character's execution was both rushed and forcefully executed. If Had I known, I would have sought the necessary pause and resumed the roleplay with the proper seriousness and attention it deserved. As a player who values the depth and seriousness of CIV LARP I kindly request a chance to do things right again and continue my CIV LARP. additional information: Civilians should only be PK'ed for disregarding roleplay or being generally stupid. PK's for civilians are still, as always, last resort. We want players to have an incentive to treat civ characters more seriously. Communicate with UA if you aren't sure about a certain PK.

thank you for making a appeal Randy Johnson i understand the fact that you wish to appeal your ban for being a minge, what happend from my point of view in a ooc character was you Mugged a KG officer in the middle of the street, and Lapo shows up during that event, they got out of the car. you were under gunpoint by 3 Lapo Officers after that resisting arrest for a minute walking around them, even when they got you into a prisoner diamond, you were still resisting trying to get out of it breaking fearrp mutliple times. the ticket was issued for Minge, i would classify it as a act of being a minge. though i would think this is an appropriate punishment for your actions, i would consider this a valid apology (ban appeal) Letter in my opinion. and would suggest to be given a second chance as you had no prior record of being banned up until now. -Nuclear
