I have no previous staff experience. Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]: I believe I would be a good choice for the Prometheus Staff Team due to the continued dedication I have consistently displayed during my time roleplaying within the community. Whilst I lack Staff experience, I'd like to think I make up for with my experience within the actual community of Prometheus allowing me to see how the community functions on a deeper level, helping me gain a relatively strong understanding of roleplay standards and the types of issues which may commonly arise. I have also consistently roleplayed on the server for around a year and a half while being consistently active in a multitude of different command positions, allowing me to gain more than enough experience within the community and prove consistent in game activity. I also like to think I am a patient individual, allowing me to make carefully assessed decisions rather than them being rushed. Many situations are circumstantial, it is extremely important for staff to consider context and intent before making a final decision, especially when it comes to punishing a player. Educating a player should always be the first attempt made when trying to investigate and resolve a rule-break.. I also strongly value respect and professionalism when speaking to others, as I believe clear and concise communication is one of the most important qualities a staff member can possess as all staff members directly represent the server. I understand situations may become tense due to roleplay disputes, however I believe due to my patience and ability to keep a level head in high intensity situations, I will be more than capable to deal with any such situations. Overall I think I would make a good addition to the Prometheus Staff Team due to my continued dedication within the community as well as my continued in game activity and my ability to listen and consider all facts whilst maintaining composure. [150 Words or more]: The duties and responsibilities of a Moderator of the Prometheus Staff Team consist of continuing to ensure a fair, immersive and unbiased environment for all users of the community. A member of Staff's primary responsibility should be to uphold the server rules both professionally and consistently, all while ensuring roleplay standards are met. You are also expected to be assisting players, especially newer players ensuring all questions are answered and rules clarified wherever and whenever needed. It's also essential that staff members remain absolutely professional, respectful and unbiased in any and all scenarios as they directly represent the server. Members of staff should also aim to teach players rather than punish them, acting as supporters rather than enforcers in order to ensure newer players find it easier to integrate within the community and grow, learning important information as they go along. Everyone makes mistakes and no one is perfect. Another main responsibility for the staff team is taking tickets, staff members have to ensure tickets are answered and are responded to with utmost professionalism and in good time so no user is left waiting for long periods of time. Overall members of staff are required to act professional, have patience, ensure good activity and take accountability, as members of staff are entrusted to represent the server positively at all times.

Hello Again. As stated previously you brought back up what I said, "If I wanted to kill the Generalinspektor then I already would have" in front of two important officials (an Admiral and the Order Marshall) in an attempt to get me in trouble and then also claimed after quoting me that you had a "perfect memory" and "would remember that" implying you are going to continue to utilise said quote from myself in a further attempt to get me in trouble despite already attempting to do so by mentioning said quote in front of an Admiral and the Order Marshall when they entered the Cellblock. As you claim to be a more "experienced" player, you should be aware that saying such a thing can cause grief. I would also appreciate it if you would stop with the childish and petty insults such as calling me incompetent, especially when we have both been requested to do so by a UA member. Hello. Your argument of 'PK Baiting' is a joke. You were detained originally detained because you observed your men break into the Military Complex, and as Inspector of the NSB, you failed to do your duty in preventing them, therefore constituting the potential charge in my opinion is failure to administrate. You were there, you observed them doing it, you failed to act. I brought you in for the purpose of an investigation. Upon Bringing you to the cell area, an audience began to grow of around to the size of three or four people. This was the result of your attitude to the detainment you found yourself under, the language you were using , and the fact your head had been sent to mars and you were extremely upset. Regardless, I attempted to talk to you, however achieved very little from doing so because of your attitude. I then as a result of your poor attitude, began to tow the line you had presented. I insulted you a couple times, stating facts such as you being the worst NSB inspector of all time (Factual btw) A debate then broke out in regard to the standing of the Generalinspektor of the LAPO, where I stated that if I wanted to kill him I already would have. You then decided without prompt to bring this back up when more people arrived to the cellblock including notable figures such as the order Marshall. I did not coerce you into saying anything, you choose to quote something I said you in confidence surrounded by around two other trusted Military members, and then brought it back up in front of around 5 people, including an Admiral and order Marshall in an attempt to throw me under the bus and deflect blame from yourself to myself. I then took the action once everyone else had left to shoot you as my character saw no other option to deal with the situation after you brought it back up and stated "I will remember that" and "I have a perfect memory" in front of two important officials. You had a choice to mention it. You made that choice, following those individuals entering. I did not force you to do this. I did not bait you to say this. You, a player of up to 6 years in this gamemode, are not an idiot. You should have known better than to bring it up like that. Jezza out.
