Possible cheats - im not sure why I got this one and when. I have never used cheats and I have zero bans, plus someone who is no longer on staff made this note. 2. RDM - I most likely did RDM when I first joined the server due to not knowing server rules or how to properly roleplay in a server as such. I have learnt that there is certain moments where killing is allowed and moments where it isn't allowed. I was a staff at one point on this server and I was a fool, I spent more time administrating on other servers afterwards and learned how to properly act in situations and I deeply regret taking my role as a staff for granted. Character's name & rank: Hauptmann Adelfrield Goldenlebenheimer Gursh SteamID32: STEAM_0:1:67879622 Staff member who issued the PK (if you know): Jack Explain why you were PK'd: He was PKed for starting a gunfight with a Panzer that resulted in him dying. Why should you be un-PK'd?: The PK should be reversed because not only were the rules broken pretty blatantly, but the punishment violated PK rules 1-3. First off, Adelfried was quite blatantly OOCly baited by Tai. Tai used modern words, wording, and vernacular (simultaneously breaking the first rule on Speech) to provoke Adelfried, putting him into a situation that ended up with him being PKed. Now, Adelfried didn't have to shoot, but he was being provoked OOCly, which is the first thing you are told NOT to do when getting someone PKed. This was pretty blatant and sadly ignored by the admin, Jack. (See the medal clip for the OOCly language used). Secondly, Adelfried was OOCly pushed into a situation in which him being PKed or even killed for that matter was the only outcome, According to Adelfried, the feld were shooting on the airfield, RDMing and once again using foul OOC language to provoke people, and this again would force his hand and lead him into doing what he did, not to mention, the feld Officer that was with the feld at the time of Adelfried being clipped and killed, said NOTHING absolutely NOTHING to indicate that Tai was going overboard with not only the insults but also OOC talk as well, pushing the PK further. Thirdly, the PK was forced without hearing other sides of the story or at least not considering them. Fourth, to cap it off, the PK was forced. It was not used as a last resorct, this is a direct violation of rule 3 in the PK guidelines regarding what is NOT permitted. The PK wasn't (to my knowledge) taken to any higher administration and was rushed, much more rushed than it needed to be. Adelfried was on the server for a little over 11 minutes. The PK was to be handed out in one minute before Adelfried crashed, which could be seen as LTAP. The ban on Adelfried was perfectly reasonable, however the PK wasn't. Description of the idea: Planes, but with liscencing. Only a trusted select few will be able to fly them, they will only be used for training activities (mainly paratroopers) and by luftwaffe. They can be bought using the money funded from the faction which makes it less common for them to be used especially with price and need for licenses. Why should this be added?: The luftwaffe lacks in purpose without planes, everyone complains about the lack of planes and it would grow the attention and activities regarding the luftwaffe. What negatives could this have?: could be abused Additional information: consider the licensing, failure to properly function planes will result in a ban in license and punishment regarding how severe the act is.
