-1 I wish you the best of luck, however for a gentleman who has been part of our community for ~4 years I'd expect you to already have a firm grasp on the rules, 10 notes, and 4 bans within the last year and a half in my opinion shows you need to spend a bit more time looking into the rules. Furthermore, what were the dates on the infractions? I'd be happy to change my -1 if there is evidence of you changing. Good luck.

Sorry man, I'd love to give you a chance but that's a hell of a lot of POs. But on the otherside I've interacted with your char a few times and you are a nice nipper and I do believe you in the future would make a good member of staff for the community. I'd suggest pushing yourself in RP and tryna get a faction chief position or high command position and show that you can bring a higher level of RP and work with the community! This shows us you are dedicated, and really want to interact with the community, create fun and more serious RP! For now, I'm going with -1, however I wish you the best of luck if not just with this application, but the next as well!

Neutral, though heavily leaning -1 14 notes, 14 bans and nearly a different staff member each time. Your longest time between notes was 24 days, and 14 days of that you were banned. The shortest time between notes was 50 minutes, with you accruing 3 RDM notes the same day. I believe you have had plenty of time to change with each offence, however, you keep repeating your actions. Call me a pessimist, but I believe you'll do the same again. Goodluck however.

-1 Sense of deja vu here, I did enjoy interacting with you previously in rp, but you were given a fair chance after the last perma ban and you repeated yourself. Plus may I remind you of tryna push the drk eugenics doc? After receiving your ban you attempted to create another server, which you stated you would not in the previous appeal. I'm sorry but you need to realize what your actions have consequences, it'd be nice to have you back one day, but you need to reflect and the day is not now. Furthermore as members of the community have stated in previous replies, you have tried to downplay the creation of another server as well as lied about it to the staff team. Take some time, and try again one day in the future.
