I see what you mean but still all of my previous mistakes have nothing to do with why i got banned this time, just because i broke the rules before doesn't mean that is a valid reason to ban me now. I already got punished for the mic-spam with a gag for 1 whole hour. After that i litterally took no action that was agains the rules (i was just standing at the fishing pond fishing for money) and you still banned me for 2 whole weeks. No warning no modsit no nothing. There are people on his thread who also vouch for me. I would like another staff member to look at this ban appeal because you are the one who banned me and will be biased to decline this request.

Additional Information: I was fishing for some money at the fishing pond and was playing sounds through my soundboard (which i'd also like to aplogize for) and i got got gagged. After that i decided to just continue fishing for some money and mind my own business. Then i got banned out of nowhere for previous offenses? I don't deny the previous offenses but in this case i was not doing anything wrong and i did not deserve to be banned. After i got gagged i did not bother/annoy/harm any other players or anything of that kind. So i would like you guys to consider this bad appeal so i can have fun again with my friends on the server.
