Why do you deserve to be unbanned?: For the Dispute Part it is cause i said that because there was a person about to get taken with them into jail i said " Watch out he is going to molest him" which was a joke to the person and not out of rp that my charcter can say that in order to lighten the mood and joke around. Also the Staff member did not Tell me that it was against NITRP and i asked why i was summed then he banned me i have not been on in a few weeks so i did not know and just wanted to play the game
Additional Information: It was taking the Director of the NSB to Jail and i had been inactive for a few Weeks
