Hello, I am the staff member who banned you, I banned you because you left the server to avoid Rp, you were in an active RP situation and left, there was a “man hunt” on you and you left and you were banned many times for the same reason and received many notes, I would even say that this ban should be extended because as you can see you have not learned from your past offenses and I even sent you a message on Discord and gave you about 10 minutes to return and you did not respond. So with that said, I don't think this ban should be lifted.

I'm not going to put much effort into this, because as you can see in this clip, you're just lying about the pk and the sit here, for whatever reason. The reason I threw your car in the air was because I was told by another member of the staff team that this was a bannable offense, so I shot you instead of giving you a ban or a note, this was first of all pretty early this morning and from my current perspective I understand that this action was a little inappropriate but still better than a punishment, I apologize for disrupting your rp.

The accusation of the VDM as well as the NITRP and RDM, abusing Staff Powers and abuse of C flags which I did not even have is satierial, because as you can see, No.1 VDM and I quote from the rules You may not run an individual over with your vehicle unless your life is in danger. I.e. the individual(s) are shooting at you or present an immediate life threat. Players who deliberately run towards moving vehicles or show a clear disregard for their own safety by running out into the road and not looking for oncoming vehicles and are then killed as a result would not be classed as VDM. I did hit people because they were in the way and also ran behind the car. Nr.2 NITRP I had the intention to rp, I wanted to see if this vehicle which landed on the stairs due to a small accident would fit through the door which it did. Nr.3 RDM was not conducted, as you can see in the clips. Nr.4 Abuse of staff authority after an RDM was conducted, a sit was held and a person was noted for the rules the person violated, I was not on my staff character in any of those clips. Nr.5 Abuse of C-Flags there would be no way to abuse them because I simply don't have them. As I said before, this report seems to be satierial.

I banned you because firstly you didn't follow the rules of killing (" You must give someone a verbal or text warning and allow them 10 seconds to respond before escalating the roleplay. Following this warning, you may kill them if they pull out a weapon.") And because you were clearly minging and had no interest in an rp situation, the reason I banned you for so long was because you have a massive amount of POs, in my opinion this ban should be extended even further because you are definitely not learning from your previous bans and notes. Hello, I am the staff member who banned you, I banned you not just because you Ltarp but because of your massive amount of past offenses and I quote “since when is that a thing” after I said you are not allowed to leave the game to avoid rp or a punishment but you already had 3 bans for the same reason, as you can see here is a pattern and you apparently don't learn from your mistakes and that's why I banned you for 14 days.

-1 You don't answer all the questions you are missing almost two days of playtime your name is ridiculous and I have no idea who you are and that's not even a real steam ID, get more playtime and get some presence in the community and change your name if you want to be staff.

Hello, I'm the staff member who banned you, I banned you because I got a report about you from a member of your faction, after spectating you I heard that you were playing sounds on your soundboard this sound was the N-Word playing such sounds is against Global Rule Nr. 1, after I heard that you played this sound I gagged you then I looked into your notes and previous bans there I saw that you had two previous notes for breaking Global Rule Nr. 1 and a note for MRDM, you also had 3 bans one of them was 21 days, and it was for the same reason as the current one, so after I saw all of that I came to the conclusion that you are not willing to learn, so I banned you for 14 days.
