Well most of your points is just on your word. I can say the exact opposite and no one point is better. I know I did nothing wrong but you can deny it. So who's right? My story is completely truth but how can you disprove that like how I cant disprove you. I know I provided an accurate account of the story, but you can claim that I am twisting it, you can't disprove my statement like I cant disprove your statement. For clearing up so you understand, I said you weren't properly roleplay and that is due to my thought process of basic sense that in real life, this would have never happened in the German Empire. The rules will never cover every aspect of true roleplay but I still argue that scenario wasn't true roleplay. Like the build up to execution was not in any sense realistic Also I will admit the "You're gonna get your buddies to deny my appeal" was pretty assumptions' but I just said that for that the leadership of the server in roleplay is usually ran by the server I guess buddies of UA if you put it that way. Nepotism in a way Also me being enlisted on one character does not invalidate or decrease the validity of my words. If I was UA/high ranking member in another german empire rp, would that make my word instantly better than yours, no. I've been playing these type of servers since 2019 and had respectable rankings. Just because I was enlisted on that one character does not mean my story is false and yours is better. The use of rank as a debate should not even be used.

Like I was told again, I was not told multiple timessss. you also told me I was gonna get executed before I started walking away. You are telling some part of the truth but missing important facts or changing it to fit your argument. So you can tell your buddies to deny my appeal but I will die on a hill arguing you did not warn me multiple times. I also never refused anything, you only said I did refuse to make your story seem right. The only other possible scenario that could have happened was that I didn't hear you but I remember specifically of you not warning multiple times. You order an execution over the sentence "What's your problem". You immediately out of emotion resorted to executing me. Also I didn't disrupt the ceremony at all, you started the interaction with me because you didn't want me to get the radio freq which I understand. Which I did back up for that very reason. You came over then to tell me to leave which I said "what's your problem" where than IMMIEDIATELY said I was gonna get executed. In conclusion, you are twisting the story to fit your narrative. I was not warned multiple times, I never refused to leave, you executed me over the mere reason of "what's your problem", I didn't ruin any ceremony and actually you ordering everyone to line up and put a stick down to shoot me on changed the ceremony and ruined its purpose. This whole thing is a he/she said type of argument. Though I know for sure I was not in the wrong. You weren't properly roleplaying which I know you will probably say I "wasnt" properly roleplaying too. You acting on emotions rather than a real roleplay experience because "me big boss, me do whatever"

I do see your argument of saying because of your high status, you get to order people pk. Though you perpetrated your own PK under your own personal feelings and opinion. I was told by a staff member that you were the chief of police. So I don't get why you are talking in a third person view if you were there the whole time. I also didn't say, "what's your problem" based off your annoyance of the photos, though based on you aggressively telling me to leave. A bank robbery was also happening earlier and I stated in the garage I was there to interview and take pictures for my job to build up a story. With my story I would argue the PK guideline which to not follow Guideline: 3, which many Ministry of truth always takes pictures even if they don't want the picture. we are journalist, not personal photographers. with that I could argue that it was not permitted pk guideline number 6 for what not to do. General rules number 2 says you must allow me 10 seconds of warning before escalating roleplay and I also argue that I was not harassing anyone as for I would say 2 minutes no one told me to stop or to leave the area. Killing rules number 4 states that you can't give me multiple warnings super fast to get a kill on me and yes I know you detained me rather than killing me but the rules still apply. I also do have a screenshot of my hard drive where, I took pictures in 3 intervals (you can only do one picture per 5 seconds but if you click fast enough you can do 3 at once). You made it seem like in your response that you I was taking multiple photos when in reality I only took 3 pictures in reality. I just don't know how to make an image into a url lol.

I would argue that I was not warned multiple times or piping up to the preident of the polizei or refused to leave. Our interaction before the order of execution was 10 seconds max I was not recording at the time, but I would love if you send in a clip. If you send a clip that disprove what i am saying, I will step down from this appeal. If you do not provide any such evidence, I will keep arguing for it and I hope you don't use your influence as Super Admin to influence this decision of this appeal.

I went into the garage and saw a whole lot of police and was taking pictures not being disruptive at all. One person who was recently trained was getting the radio frequency and as that happen the police chief walked up to me which I didn't know he was the police chief. He told me to leave so I didn't get the frequency and I said "What's your problem?" which right after that he decided to execute me on the spot. No warnings, no talk with my superiors, he immediately tied me up and put me on a stick. Then by a firing line, executed me. Why should you be un-PK'd?: I believe I should get my PK appealed simply due to the whole interaction was not in any roleplay sense which this is a server for that. Secondly, no due processes or any warning were given. In my belief, he PK'd me due to the fact that in his opinion, he didn't like what I said. I merely saying that I shouldn't be PK'd due to the fact that someone didn't like what I said and had no jurisdiction or went through the natural process that would lead up to a PK Additional Information: I have no clip (my bad) though I would like to hear his side of the story and I expect him as being a vital part of the server not to be dishonest with the community or this forum.
