Thanks for replying! So let me reply to each point you made one by one. When I was detained, I did not mean to sound "unserious" I sounded a little bit like I didn't care due to the point of him just outright saying "Why shouldn't I just shoot you?" which escalates the situation up by a lot. Secondly, I never threatened to rat him out to anybody, he simply asked why he should not just shoot me, and the only thing I could think of as I barely knew the person talking to me was "Its illegal." And never once did I threaten to take him to court nor did I threaten to rat him out. Aswell as I was not detained due to making that advertisement, I was actually kidnapped in the street by two military members, grabbed and took into a random cell in which a random luftwaffe enlisted who I interacted with a couple times had a grudge towards me and decided to kill me. It had no correlation to the actual situation of the Prime Minister getting shot, if it did the Feldmarschall or high command of the military might have actually done something when I was "detained" as you call it. Instead the High Command of the military actually told them to fuck off and get out of his office. A recall a Generalmajor of the Mountaineers actually telling the two men to relinquish me into his custody and they straight up denied. All I see is two luftwaffe enlisted kidnapping me, not following orders of superior officer and killing me.

I was brought to the FM"s office when and after some of them bickering they brought me to the cells where I was yelled at by a random luft enlisted and was asked multiple times why I shouldn't just be shot I told him it was illegal and that his officer was right there. The luftwaffe then brought me to the sewers and was saying if I did not have anything worth to offer him he would just shoot me. I really had nothing to offer so he brought me to the sewer secret room and I was then shot and pk'ed. Why should you be un-PK'd?: I think its just odd as I maybe interacted with the dude a couple times and then I just get pk'ed for no reason. Additional Information:

Sure, so what happened is they randomly arrested me in a room (didnt resist like he said) they found a document, I explained the situation, and they proceeded to lie to everyone else and said it was for MGD ( The document in question was found on a french spy and I kept it for evidence)

I will also say two things just to clarify 1. when I made the character with the same name I was not doing it on purpose to live on that military character, hence why I never mentioned that character or said anything about him until this said situation 2. It did slip my mind as when I got unbanned from my perma I just deleted the characters I had to wipe the slate so I could start new as I wanted to actually roleplay

Thank you for the amazing response, as I stated in my appeal. I know it is hard to believe me and if I was in your shoes I wouldn't either. I will say I did for most of the time think I deleted the character months ago due to me not even playing the character once when I got unbanned on the 22nd. And to be honest I did not know there was a rule against the character names being the same and if I did I would have not chose that name, as I said in my appeal even though my past is horrible I am here to roleplay on this amazing server, I have found amazing people here and I love the roleplay that goes on whether im sentencing someone as a judge or doing a dossier, its amazing. I do want to personally apologize to you for accidently lying. I truly did not mean to lie to your face like your some fool because I know your not one. So please believe me when I say im sorry for this, I didn't mean to break the rules like this.
