I wouldn't call that "easy" to do. This is just asking for a map update which has been suggested multiple times before. They have plenty of places to go. They might just look at the sewers as a "safezone" because it has a PK threat to any faction coming down there. There are still buildings all over especially near alley ways. This is true. Specifically apartments would allow for more police raiding rp and more criminal based roleplay. We ALL want landlord rp... Staff have ESP they would be able to cover ground easily.
