Explain why you were PK'd: Whilst a daily discerning patron/customer at The Kontiental, frequently partaking in refreshments such as drinks; I inadvertently became a foremost witness to a litany of illicit transgressions; Ranging from orchestrated skirmishes committed by them to surreptitious machinations w/ then against LaPo & other factions; whereas rendered me an unwitting witness of their nefarious action/s. Subsequently; Whilst in Discussion; They asserted that the raids were not of their own volition and precipitated by an act of betrayal; (explaining to me their concurrent situation, whereas, I empathised.); insinuating that someone had surreptitiously divulged information to NsB, LAPO & Others; et. cetera Around the temporal proximity as that discussion; certain government official, (though I cannot recall which faction specifically), approached me for a discussion. During our exchange, they inquired whether I had any cognisance of the shootouts in the vincity of Kontinental; to which I unequivocally denied pertinent knowledge. Satisfied with my answer, they subsequently departed. Thereafter, while visiting Kontinental for a drink, I sought to confer/consult with; regarding The NSB's inquiries into the recent events. Rather than addressing it with equanimity; Kontiental randomly responded w/ belligerency and had suspicion, contending that i was impugning their authority, leveling unwarranted accusations, and deliberately insulting them; (to which i was not!! random minge!!) My other attempt, the following day; to mollify the situation through an apology was met with another labyrinthine tirade, further entrenching the acrimonious divide between us. Attempting to assess the already sour atmosphere, my pragmatic overtures were met with renewed aggression and increasingly convoluted justifications. At that point, I surmised that they were fabricating pretexts to obfuscate their misdeeds; (make up reasons to minge random people), and consequently, I resolved to abstain & ignore from any further engagement. (Within Temporal Proximity; Prior to This; I informed them i'd be leaving within OOC.); Subsequently; for no reasoning; they'd abducted me from the street. I acquiesced to their demands, yet they remained obstinately uncooperative; frequently resorting to fisting violence, seemingly for their own amusement, to substantiate their spurious allegations. They levied convoluted claims that I was the informant, despite a complete absence of evidence, and dismissed my queries by asserting that i've should be already be aware of my transgressions. (I don't know what I did, neither did they.) Moreover; As they initiated A Conundrum; They appeared uncertain of the rationale behind their own behavior and what they intended to do with me, mirroring my own bewilderment. Though I intended to submit a ticket to avert LTAP, I inadvertently forgot to do so, resulting in them reporting me immediately.. I believe, @badtrav, administered this situation/ban, and is viable for confirmation. The following subsequent day; The Kontinental, somehow cognizant of my reinstatement, enlisted a contractor/hitman. (Even his description was stating his affiliation as Hitman/Contractor, and he didn't hide it.); After he Found Me; He persistently requisitioned identification verification and inquired regarding armament status. (prob checking if i was armed) Feigning linguistic incompetence as an execuss, I eschewed engagement, yet he trailed me to the bank.. Amidst browsing; I was half-AFK, he immobilized me and conducted an extrajudicial inventory audit. In the Bank. Conveying me to the obscure alleyway; he articulated an ultimatum: “Hey!!! my boss wants you fucking dead!! If you DONT fucking BRIBE ME, I'm gonna fucking SHOOT YOU.” I asserted my possession of merely $6,200. Disputing veracity, he posited, “cmon bitch you can do better than that!! they told me youre rich, hey even your car is nice, nice suit” However, He took all of my cash. Compliance notwithstanding, he discharged rounds into my lower extremities before vacating the premises. Proceeding to The Hospital for medkits, He trailed me, agaib, firearm primed, with The DRK/Kontiental whom hired him. (he came on to him to snitch i was or probably they were on a discord's call) Their intent to facilitate renewed captivity apparent, I preemptively/stupidly engaged hostilities against the contractor.. The DRK, intervening, reciprocated fire, culminating in my death. Absolute Fucking Cinema. Why should you be un-PK'd?: An number of players frequently roleplay with my character, actively partaking in roleplay and exhibiting a uniformly affirmative atmosphere w/ my char. In a scrupulous review of my initial appeal, in conjunction with the PK guidelines, has irrefutably substantiated that my PK contravenes follows the prequestie and principles; and shouldve been rescinded. The PK was temporally incongruous, occurring nearly a full day post facto, at which juncture substantial roleplay developments had transpired, further compounding its procedural impropriety. Additionally, my PK was effectuated amidst an ongoing roleplay scenario, thereby disrupting but also impeding the continuity of others involved. Exacerbating these procedural failures, my original appeal was summarily disregarded/ignored without substantive evaluation. Prime exhibited flagrant negligence, failing to conduct any evidentiary inquiry, abstaining from interrogating pertinent details, and issuing an uninformed denial devoid of rationale. Prime, neither substantiated his decision nor provided even perfunctory justification. When DM'd on Discord regarding the procedural lapse, he explicitly conceded to not having perused my appeal in its entirety, instead mandating that I distill it into an abridged summary, citing its purported length as a deterrent to his review. He further professed that the provision of incontrovertible evidence of rule violations would precipitate my PKs nullification. Despite my submission of copious evidentiary material iterated across multiple instanceshe abdicated his prior commitment, electing to summarily repudiate every substantiating point.. (god save me) Rather than executing his adjudicatory duties in an impartial and evidence-based manner, he engaged in deliberate obfuscation, circumventing due diligence in favour of constructing fallacous counterarguments intended solely to rationaliseirich his inaction.. His demonstrable partiality manifested in unfounded allegations leveled against me, wherein i was baselessly accused of breaking guidelines. Moreover, Prime's assertion that they possessed the latitude to engage in targeted harassment and disruptive conduct both of which constitute explicit rule violations is preposterous. The subsequent threat of outright banning me for merely seeking procedural rectitude is not only unethical but constitutes an egregious abuse of administrative authority. I presented a compendium of systematically compiled, corroborative evidence and contextual analysis to staff such as Slug, Pennywise, and Jack, each of whom engaged in a comprehensive and judicious review. The preponderance of their evaluations affirmed the PKs invalidity with only a minor numbrr dissenting in favor of its retention. The inability to produce any documentation from the alleged meeting reinforces the opacity and arbitrariness of his decision making process. Fundamentally, me PKs is predicated upon a demonstrable misinterpretation of events. I didnt engaged in conduct against The Kontinental nor acted in any capacity that would warrant such reprisal, rendering this an instance of RDM.. Furthermore, their engagement of a hitman; an explicitly proscribed action within server regulations; constitutes an egregious rule violation. I both understand and appreciate your concern, but I assure you that carrying out such actions is not part of our plans. We don't initiate our shootouts, instead utilising silent strategy and focusing on other things. There's a list in the forum for some plans. LAPO & The Government is culpable for shootouts.

@Valorant These are some adverse opinions. This misinterpretation only convolutes into our ideals, Whereas The GFD is instituted as a serious faction. The entirety of the forum is founded upon a principle of seriousness, with the sole exception of the notes. These notes are unrelated and ought to be disregarded aside from the actual text, as they were included merely to foster a sense of amicability and to prevent others from perceiving us in an overly harsh or pegging light. Hagen, (anonymous nickname); Father & Leader of The GFD, Would be a testimony to this Political Mess. Taking Immediate Action, Perhaps saving countless lives, He would establish the foundation for The GFD. All of us civilians were Desperate for change, justice, & reform. Wurz, I (anonymous nickname), was fallen victim to the government, mugged, often beaten and tortured by The Government. This was what fuelled me to take an oath against The Empire. Revenge. @SparrowThank you for verifying it for so. It's important for me to know if it was valid, however it as is important for me to testify this also based within justification and presumption. I believe (if not) That they must still have a proper reason for attempting to "kidnap" or otherwise. Mugging, Neither Questioning can be an excuse, as they've both already done that (kidnapping me, mugging me, managing to get me banned), leaving the option of PK-Hunting/Targetting. I'm frustrated for so, and wish to be un-PKed as a last resort, (with justice). I'd rather a 3/7-Day Ban other than a PK, anyday. (If there was an option for such.). Also, I'll take this as a firsthand lesson, so Thank you for taking the time to reply.

I'm doubtful if it is targeting, however I was just unbanned before they attempted to engage with me, and i can suppose and understand their presumed intentions of probably PKing me/hunting me down for insulting them. Either as revenge or coincidence, i still see it as unfair, because i've already been mugged by them before the encounter, and i just see it as it is because they'd have no reason to try kidnapping me again.
