I did check them, but I overlooked this specific detail; which was my mistake. I had also seen others advertise while detained in the past, so I wrongly assumed it wasn’t an issue. I also know I've personally furthermore had personal offenses before; wherein those were months ago and unrelated. I was genuinely trying to adhere to the roles and just play as normally. I don’t think my old mistakes should weigh so heavily when this was a genuine misunderstanding. And I don't believe such offences can stay inert. I apologize for the mistake; but I ask for the ban be reconsidered or reduced given the context. Additional Information: Furthermore, Same players who detained me also made up some false roleplay scenario; and even after I showed them my ID; they didn’t release me.

Explain why you were PK'd: Whilst a daily discerning patron/customer at The Kontiental, frequently partaking in refreshments such as drinks; I inadvertently became a foremost witness to a litany of illicit transgressions; Ranging from orchestrated skirmishes committed by them to surreptitious machinations w/ then against LaPo & other factions; whereas rendered me an unwitting witness of their nefarious action/s. Subsequently; Whilst in Discussion; They asserted that the raids were not of their own volition and precipitated by an act of betrayal; (explaining to me their concurrent situation, whereas, I empathised.); insinuating that someone had surreptitiously divulged information to NsB, LAPO & Others; et. cetera Around the temporal proximity as that discussion; certain government official, (though I cannot recall which faction specifically), approached me for a discussion. During our exchange, they inquired whether I had any cognisance of the shootouts in the vincity of Kontinental; to which I unequivocally denied pertinent knowledge. Satisfied with my answer, they subsequently departed. Thereafter, while visiting Kontinental for a drink, I sought to confer/consult with; regarding The NSB's inquiries into the recent events. Rather than addressing it with equanimity; Kontiental randomly responded w/ belligerency and had suspicion, contending that i was impugning their authority, leveling unwarranted accusations, and deliberately insulting them; (to which i was not!! random minge!!) My other attempt, the following day; to mollify the situation through an apology was met with another labyrinthine tirade, further entrenching the acrimonious divide between us. Attempting to assess the already sour atmosphere, my pragmatic overtures were met with renewed aggression and increasingly convoluted justifications. At that point, I surmised that they were fabricating pretexts to obfuscate their misdeeds; (make up reasons to minge random people), and consequently, I resolved to abstain & ignore from any further engagement. (Within Temporal Proximity; Prior to This; I informed them i'd be leaving within OOC.); Subsequently; for no reasoning; they'd abducted me from the street. I acquiesced to their demands, yet they remained obstinately uncooperative; frequently resorting to fisting violence, seemingly for their own amusement, to substantiate their spurious allegations. They levied convoluted claims that I was the informant, despite a complete absence of evidence, and dismissed my queries by asserting that i've should be already be aware of my transgressions. (I don't know what I did, neither did they.) Moreover; As they initiated A Conundrum; They appeared uncertain of the rationale behind their own behavior and what they intended to do with me, mirroring my own bewilderment. Though I intended to submit a ticket to avert LTAP, I inadvertently forgot to do so, resulting in them reporting me immediately.. The following subsequent day; The Kontinental, somehow cognizant of my reinstatement, enlisted a contractor/hitman. (Even his description was stating his affiliation as Hitman/Contractor, and he didn't hide it.); After he Found Me; He persistently requisitioned identification verification and inquired regarding armament status. (prob checking if i was armed) Feigning linguistic incompetence as an execuss, I eschewed engagement, yet he trailed me to the bank.. Amidst browsing; I was half-AFK, he immobilized me and conducted an extrajudicial inventory audit. In the Bank. Conveying me to the obscure alleyway; he articulated an ultimatum: “Hey!!! my boss wants you fucking dead!! If you DONT fucking BRIBE ME, I'm gonna fucking SHOOT YOU.” I asserted my possession of merely $6,200. Disputing veracity, he posited, “cmon bitch you can do better than that!! they told me youre rich, hey even your car is nice, nice suit” However, He took all of my cash. Proceeding to The Hospital for medkits, He trailed me, agaib, firearm primed, with The DRK/Kontiental whom hired him.
