Texture Issue

I have been playing the server for sometime, but a new issue has come to fruition. Some of the map textures are missing textures. These missing textures are completely new, never being an issue before. I have verified integrity of my game files, restarted my computer, and reinstalled the content. Does anyone know what the issue may be?

I fixed it. I had to deroot the entire game, uninstall the files themselves off my pc in the steam folder, turn of cloud support, and then reinstall the game.

This just happened again. Does anyone have a potential fix? I've tried getting rid of my data it does not work, and I don't want to have to deroot my entire game to play the server. This is what my console looks like:

This is because one of our workshop packs, Prometheus #1, was replaced with another pack on the workshop. Please ensure you allow server downloads as the server should be forcing your client to download the new pack when you load in.
