Explain why your flags should be unblacklisted: Months have passed and I have been very well behaved since the incident. I promise never to do it again and only use pet flags for good.

Thank you for taking the time to consider your actions and work to manage your behaviour. I would be happy to have your Flags re-instated as it has been a prolonged period of time, enough for you to have learnt your lesson. I will let UA review this and make the final decision.

Accepted.

When you're next on the server make a ticket requesting for a member of Upper Administration to unblacklist your pet flags.
