Lost 5 flags

Hello everyone , 

I am writing to you on behalf of my little son who played on your server and lost some plugins called (5flags). I don't know if it's permanent or not, I bought it for him to support your server and to make it more interesting for him to play with a friend. The rule he broke was flying, which I guess is forbidden, I don't know which admin treated him. I am very sorry for the whole situation, the game is totally foreign and unknown to me. Is there a possibility for him to return it again and try to play, or maybe there is a possibility of returning the money, because he really lost 20 e in a very short time. If you don't think it's worth giving him a chance to play again, is there a possibility of a refund to give him another game. Thanks in advance to everyone, my son's nickname is Davidlalic34 on steam.

Hi, I'm the staff member that took the flags.

It's not a long story really, the person who I took the flags from was trying to prop fly into the ICC. Once I saw it I pulled him in a sit and told him to stop and then 2 seconds later proceedes to do it again.

Ok, I respect you, tell me if playing on the server is over for him, he is a little boy only 10 years old who found your server with his friends, so we can forget about that part that I bought for him or what to do now ?

He needs to learn discipline and consequences to his actions. If he was told that he is not allowed to do something and does it again, he bears the consequences. Not being mean but he needs to learn.

Okay people, you also have to understand that he is a child and that it is a game and it is okay to punish someone for a few days so that he understands, but to take something from a child that we paid 20 euros for and expect him to immediately know everything on the server is not  realistically.. I wish you luck in your future work, we will look for some other game.   Let me know if there might be a refund of the money we lost in a very short time?

If you read the terms and conditions when purchasing the pet flags it said that no refunds were possible
