Why do you deserve to be unbanned?: Hello, late last night I was training recruits as the server was dying. When training one recruit in specific, I tabbed GMOD to go do something regarding this recruitment. The second I came back I was tied by 2 minges I recognized from their actions earlier. Immediately, I panicked. So I decided to try to rejoin before they could steal my inventory items. I rejoined, and as I was rejoining I got many error popups when loading the content. When I finally joined it was too late and I was banned. Earlier, I asked a high ranking official on the server if where I was mugged was public, and he agreed. I believe this is unfair because of the fact that I was mugged in public and I'm positively sure that is against the rules. I thought it was right for me to leave because there was no RP situation to begin with, it was just minge.

So this sentence alone should be reason enough to deny this appeal. However i will take accountability and say i mis titled your ban. You did not "leave to avoid punishment". You left to avoid roleplay. The clip will speak for itself. To add on , I  gave you the most generous and kind hearted ban probably in Prometheus history, or at least one of them , considering you have nearly two pages of notes , and bans, i should have hit you with the max time I'm aloud to. Given that , I strongly recommend we reinstate your perma ban, you clearly do not have the mental capacity to handle basic server rules. TO ADD ON i remember yesterday morning i was the one who recruited you to the DRK , AS AN ASSISTENT (Gefreiter equivalent) , So tell me how someone goes from Low rank Enlisted > to Kommissaranwärter ( Oberfeldwebel equivalent )  , faction hopping is how. If your perma ban is not reinstated then your character "Robert Klause" needs to be PKd.  Anyways enough of me rambling , below is the video of the LTARP situation, and your POs. I believe this ban was a more then reasonable punishment .

I spoke with a high ranking admin, he said that the LAPO Garage was public property, you cannot mug people on public property. Therefore making it a false roleplay, LTARP is when you leave when you are dealing with an actual RP, not minge bullshit.

public property would insinuate that anyone , at any given time , can walk in and do whatever they want .... but they cannot.  which "admin" did you speak with? You are correct, you cannot mug on public property, but lapo is far from public.

Denied.

While I completely understand that it is frustrating that these players were breaking the rules to steal your items that does not just give you the right to just leave the server in the middle of the situation.

You don't just get to determine that "there was no RP situation to begin with, it was just minge." What you do for this situation is let a staff member verify that these players were breaking the rules when you make a ticket about the situation.

What you should have done was clip the situation then made a ticket and let the staff member deal with the situation.

You don't just take the situation into your own hands and leave.

If you had made the ticket the players who broke the rules would have been punished and your items would have been returned to you and this entire situation would have been avoided.

Now it was stated in your last permanent ban appeal which was accepted on Wednesday... that "due to your long list of past offenses any further serious infractions will result into the reinstatement of this permanent ban".

Now I won't reinstate the permanent ban and I will give you one last chance here but now instead of "serious infractions" leading to your permanent ban to be reinstated all it will take is any infraction at all for your permanent ban to be reinstated.
