Why do you deserve to be unbanned?: I had shot 3 members of the Feldjagers (1 panzer in crossfire due to aiming via moving) That were tying me up and then I died, losing the gunfight. I had expected to just be PK'd and that's it however I was instead banned for a week and my character most likely not PK'd. My character should have instead been PK'd in this situation due to losing a gunfight after being tied. (9. Initiating a shootout or violent confrontation with the authorities can lead to a PK.) A MRDM ban is completely unjust here.

its common sense when youre outnumbered 1-20, you do not take out your firearm and contest it. regardless of the situation.
