Explain why you were PK'd: I got put under fearRP, even though I had my gun out coffee said I initiated a gun fight.

Why should you be un-PK'd?:  Since I follow'd the fearRP guidelines where it states that you're allowed to fight back without any repercussions if you have your gun out even on safety.

His explanation to why this pk was because I started a gun fight which I  didn't since this was fearRP scenario not a initiation scenario.

Denied. 

Based on the clip shown, it was not FearRP. However, you did start a gunfight with a group of 5 people and were killed. You took a blatant gamble on your life and lost.
