Unfair PK

I was out of the game, we acted well. After I came out at like miss, I had to die there as required by RP. My friend called me and I entered the game, taking advantage of the opportunity, there were some Roleplay in the bank, I had nothing to do with RP, but my friend said come, he knew me armed, I came, I have no gun, I am defenseless and I have no money, I would normally go to the Factory for get some money from ores. I could'nt open the door because there happened IC problems.  Im in the bank now and The expected moment was the come. There is nothing for me to do, I can't attack the man with a fist, he squeezed me first, I was shooted and we suffered a lot of losses, it would be not realistic for me to run on the man. I died trying to take cover, and Staff took me in shortly after. As if I was responsible for all that happened, I was PK banned there, that is, my character was banned without my involvement in the Roleplay and I regret it. I join the faction because I am loyal and respectful, I ask for your forgiveness.

Explain why you were PK'd:  I writed all things in the additional information but here so little about that I dont have gun and I was shooted and we lost a lot of soldiers. If I try to attack him with my fists this not realistic for me to run on the man. I died trying to take cover, and Staff took me in shortly after and I was PK'd

Why should you be un-PK'd?: I think I was PK'd unnecessarily, and whatever happens in this regard, I entered that faction for the sake of dying if necessary. Not to escape and continue to save my own life here. It doesn't make sense to get into nonsense to sacrifice myself. I entered this faction by stating that I would be Reliable and self confidence

As if I was responsible for all that happened, I was PK banned there, In this situation, Staff should have approached the situation with a fair view, not by personalising the incident, but he PK'd me without giving me the right to speak. that is, my character was banned without my involvement in the Roleplay and I regret it. I join the faction because I am loyal and respectful, I want to play on the server because I enjoy it, otherwise I would not appeal here and find a new server. I hope my appeal will be accepted. I ask for your forgiveness.

No, you shouldn't.

It will be looked at when they have time. Making a ticket does not make the process quicker.

Hello, stalwart. I am the staff member that Pked you. The reason you were PKed was not because of the situation of being punched and you taking cover, it was from when you were by the factory/black market and then you ran down the alleyway but before you ran down that alleyway you were getting robbed. Which by terms of FearRP rule #1 States:
"While under FearRP you are required to oblige by the commands of your captor. If you attempt to escape or pull out a weapon to fight back but are killed that would then display a disregard for your own safety. This is a calculated risk you took, or a denial to value your own life, which will result in your PK." by not following this rule it then could result to your PK.

Now for during the actual PK sit, I brought you in the room to tell you that this character is being Pked. I said to you that you broke this rule and it is final, I may have not let you speak but you were continuously talking, trying to argue when the video provided to me what was evidence for your PK shows you not following the command of the person aim the weapon at your head, and then you proceed to run down the alleyway which resulted in your death. From this video you acknowledge that the person who was robbing you by you looking at him within talking range, you then proceed to run down the alley in hopes of getting away, and then you are shot.

The PK guideline you fell under was "Being killed while not abiding by Fear-RP".

R4ged's explanation also explains the situation perfectly as to why you were PK'd.
