Explain why you were PK'd: I was in a room and a person Shot a civ Chris Crissy walks back in to the RS and asked who shot I said I don't know then He PKed me and 2 others with a 50 cal

Why should you be un-PK'd?: I feel like I  should be unpked because I didn't order or shoot the civ, I know he owns the sever but I just don't think its fare, Thank you

You were acting extremely dumb. You were a Major. Not really someone who needs to be one of the highest officer ranks there are. Definitely more fit to be an enlisted. Shooting you was far easier than demoting you as you had zero intent to roleplay anything.

Second of all if you want a RP station or server maybe you should RP your self and order detainment or just demote instead of PK, Especially with a anti-material rifle.
