Explain why you were PK'd: No clue why I was PK'd, I was in the NSB cells waiting for someone to talk to me or any sort of interaction when I heard a cell door open and got shot.

Why should you be un-PK'd?: I believe it was not exactly fair, there was no roleplay in that.  Also I have put a lot of effort in that specific character, a lot of hours, and improving the RP, all be it not a whole lot to be honest.
