While I did accidentally kill one person I'd like to emphasize on the word "accidentally"

From my perspective it looked like a member of the Kaisergarde was placing a member of the Emperor's small council under fearrp, either attempting to mug or kidnap him, in return I attempted to save the member of the Emperor's small council and shoot the kaisergarde man with the gun pointed at his head, however the spread of the mp40 accidentally shot the member of the council in the head during the attempt I made in order to save him.

Now granted, at the end where I say "oopsy" it seems like I did it on purpose or as a joke or whatever, the whole reason I said it in that tone is because I honestly found it funny that it happened. It wasn't on purpose, I was waiting for the member of the small council to return so I can attempt to comp him via with a gun he lost or money, whatever he preferred.

On top of that, to classify this as "Mass RDM" is sort of a silly joke, there was nothing mass about what I did, and on top of that you could argue that the only person that was actually killed falsely would've been the member of the small council and not the kaisergarde that I mowed down with my mp40, considering I had the mans F3/name. All I did was notice that a member of the emperor's small council was under gunpoint and I attempted to save him.

I attempted to explain these points in the sit and was essentially shutdown by the presiding staff member, I do not think this was RDM, I think this was a very simple case of crossfire.

 your most recent note in DEC, mentioned to ban on next offense, so another note would not make sense, nor would a verbal warning.  to add on, you acted a fool in the sit room, placing props for whatever reason, and rambling about a completely different situation.

you did not get shut down . you continued to spew nonsense , and i told you it is not what you said, its about how you said it, your careless demeanor and attitude in the sit AND in your POV clip justified this ban completely.

First off, you did shut me down, you dragged me into a corner and the other guy, I placed down 3 crates to symbolize the kaisergarde man, the emperors small council man, and myself in order to show my perspective of the events while the clip was uploading. 

This isn't RDM this is cross fire, I rightfully shot a man who was holding a member of the kaisers small council under gun point and accidentally shot the other man,  nothing about this was mass RDM. I realize you said its not about what I said but its how I said it,  but as I admitted in the appeal if you actually read it in the first place is that I said it like that because I found it honestly funny that it happened, it wasn't done purposely. The clip I submitted and the clip that was shown doesn't justify being punished for "Mass RDM" it just shows how that from my perspective anyone could have a misunderstanding of the situation and I hope the person reviewing this can also see how this could be interpreted same to how I interpreted based on what I've said and the clip I've submitted.

I also witnessed the situation and the member of the small council made it very clear nothing was happening to him and you could of found that out by investigating the situation instead of instantly shooting another member of your faction inside you're own base.

you and the person who made the sit would not stop bickering, sits are not meant for people to yell at each other. i placed each of you in a corner so i could speak. the both of you acted like children so i dealt with the both of you as such. and that is not how you handle a situation , if you think someone is being kidnapped , you dont KOS, you make an arrest , put them through a court trial. but youve been around this server long enough im pretty sure you already know that.

A man I had the name of was under gun point and I shot with the intent to defend him, he was killed in the crossfire due to the fact that they were parallel to each other.

Given the context of the clips provided I don't believe it was your entire intention to shoot the Small council member. Shooting someone pointing a gun at someone is entirely a plausible thing to do. I believe that there was a lack of seriousness involved in the situation. I will remove the ban as this is hardly MRDM. In the future you must be more serious in RP.
