Explain why you were PK'd: 

I was encountered by two people, one whom mugged me and the other kidnapped me. 
Recognising their affiliation and their hatred for me, I opened fire.

I held my position, and I was later flanked and killed during battle.

 

Why should you be un-PK'd?:  

I hope you'd understand, however i had large progress on August von Blüme somewhat, and didn't wish to end the roleplaying right there due to other characters interacting with me.

I want to know/verify my PK. 
I don't know if you'd consider this anything, however i want to confirm.
 

It is completely to your decision, however i just would hate to lose my relationships and the story i dedicated to August von Blüme as anyone else.

I also don't see a reason for them to target me or whatever has occurred, or attempt to engage.

He did have a weapon, so.

 

Additional Information: 

(At an earlier clash, (I don't know if it was them, since some had randomly shot at me,) and furthermore i killed them.)

(Also, The mugging was minutes before it).

I also don’t understand how you can procrastinate hours before the deadline where you cant, and issuing a PK at the last minute when so much else has happened to the other character.

I have also told other characters about the encounter, (In IC), and gave others information about so i don't know what is to happen. 

I don't see it right, someone tells you information about a criminal after being engaged with them, and then he mysteriously dies the next 10 hours.

I don't think it's gonna be reasonable to wait almost the entire day, Just to PK them While in Roleplay.

I'm doubtful if it is targeting, however

I was just unbanned before they attempted to engage with me, and i can suppose and understand their presumed intentions of probably PKing me/hunting me down for insulting them.

 

Either as revenge or coincidence, i still see it as unfair, because i've already been mugged by them before the encounter, and i just see it as it is because they'd have no reason to try kidnapping me again.

Hi,

I'm the staff member who took the ticket for your PK and processed the permanent kill on your character.  My decision was based on the provided context via clip given to me by the individual who shot you as well as our civilian PK guidelines. In this clip , you can see that the player held out their gun to their side and approached you, as another player walked towards you also stating they wanted to ask you some questions, as coincides with the context provided in your appeal.

At this point you took out your gun and began firing, thus starting a gunfight that you lost. In a roleplay scenario, if you see men approaching with a gun, stating they would "like to ask you some questions" you should consider this a serious situation that could reasonably escalate to a dangerous level. Thus when you decided to pull out your gun and initiate a full blown shoot out rather than comply with them, you were actually making the decision to put your life on the line. When you lost that shootout, you died. This follows our Civilian PK guideline No. 9 "Dying after initiating a shoot-out [PK]". I have no personal issues with you being un-pk'd, however I believe, based on our rules, this was a valid permanent kill. If you are un-pk'd by our upper administrative team, congratulations, if not, let this be a lesson to take greater personal care with your other characters in the future and to not make decisions of as escalatory nature in life threatening and dangerous situations that could lead to your death. Thank you for submitting an appeal.

@SparrowThank you for verifying it for so.

It's important for me to know if it was valid, however it as is important for me to testify this also based within justification and presumption.

I believe (if not) That they must still have a proper reason for attempting to "kidnap" or otherwise.

Mugging, Neither Questioning can be an excuse, as they've both already done that (kidnapping me, mugging me, managing to get me banned), leaving the option of PK-Hunting/Targetting.

I'm frustrated for so, and wish to be un-PKed as a last resort, (with justice).

I'd rather a 3/7-Day Ban other than a PK, anyday. (If there was an option for such.).

From my perspective, Run into me once? Fine.

Run into me like 4-5 more times? Coincidence? I think not so much.

And overall, an OOC dispute results in this??
