Explain why you were PK'd: I was pked for apparently breaking FEARP though the server was lagging and I did not see any guns pointed toward me, nor did I hear any fear RP commands over voice given due to the server lags. 

Why should you be un-PK'd?: I did not hear any commands given to me, and I did not see any guns pointed at me. I would have complied if I was able to see or hear any threats toward this character.
