Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]: Prometheus is looking for new team members, and since I am active in the EU region and online during busy hours, I think I can help out greatly. Often, my schedule is free, so I can be available to assist users by answering tickets and supporting them in other ways. I like being part of a great community and believe that I will help keep it running smoothly. I do not have any previous staffing experience, but I am familiar with the rules as I read them frequently. I consider myself to be very responsible and am willing to accept fault. Each day, I notice people breaking rules such as VDM and RDM, and instead of immediately punishing them, I prefer to talk to them first. For me, second chances are always useful, particularly on an RP server, but that does not mean people should be allowed to ruin the experience for others. I used to be a bit rebellious, but this server has been a fantastic journey for me, so I would like to help maintain that for both new and existing players. While I do enjoy roleplay, I am not particularly fond of trolls who kill for no reason and seemingly suffer no consequences. I find this behavior disrespectful to other participants and do everything I can to assist in moderation efforts that enforce server rules for the good of everyone. I would be quite helpful as a mod because I am on the server during both the busiest and quietest hours, meaning I could help when other staff may not be available. Overall, I want to contribute to the server in a positive way, ensuring that it remains a great place for roleplay and a fun experience for all players.

 

What are the duties and responsibilities of the position you are applying for in your own words? [150 Words or more]: The work and duty of a staff member on a roleplay server is mainly to maintain and make sure the community is well-organized, fun, and fair. One of the biggest responsibilities is handling rule enforcement. That is taking care of players who break rules like VDM, RDM, FailRP, or any other behavior that causes disruption. Instead of punishment straight away, staff should analyze the situation, educate the players if necessary, and issue warnings or bans if necessary.

Another critical role is assisting players by responding to tickets and solving issues within the game. Whether it's helping newbies through the server's rules, resolving bugs, or settling disputes, staff members have to be courteous, professional, and patient.

Staff also need to ensure an environment is good by maintaining voice channels and chats respectful. Being active, responsible, and fair is essential. Mostly, the work involves making the server a fun and interesting experience for everyone to play.
