How long is your ban for?: 3 weeks

Why were you banned?: RDM & Enormous POs

Why do you deserve to be unbanned?: The punishment for the RDM is partially justified and i just didn't know that what i did was even RDM, since the person who i killed called me a gypsy numerous times and tried to tie my friend up numerous times i thought that i could kill them. At first the admin told me that im going to get a 2 weeks ban, but then after i asked for a reduction since i thought that 2 weeks for an RDM was quite alot, he just decided to slap a charge of enormoys POs as well that i got a long time ago.  We told the admin that the guy was trying to tie my friend up etc. and then he told him that if he's gonna check the logs and if the guy wasn't trying to tie my friend up, he was gonna ban my friend as well. Fortunately they (probably) found the logs, since my friend was let out of the sit when they checked the logs. After it had been confirmed that he did try to tie my friend up nothing was done to my charges and i was still given the charge of rdm and enormous POs.

Additional Information: The person who i killed also threatened me a while before i killed them and the moment i killed them was when they pulled their rifle out.

Hello, I am the staff member who banned you, I banned you because you committed RDM, which you even admit in this appeal, the reason for the length of the ban is because you had one note for MRDM and two bans for RDM and MRDM, you also acted very rude when I tried to explain to you that you committed RDM and that and the above reasons are why you were banned because there is clearly a pattern and it seems you don't understand the rules. A personal piece of advice to you is that you should learn and accept the rules when you play on the server.

Also anymore infractions for MRDM will result in a permanent ban since you have now recieved multiple infractions for MRDM and you don't seem to learn each time you are banned.
