Why were you banned?: A bunch of RDM'ers and trolls got me banned and people were abusing powers, I got in a dispute with a staff member which didn't end well so I left the server for about a year.

Why do you deserve to be unbanned?: Haven't played on the server in about a year so I hope the servers more regulated now with more active staff to deal with people who troll and it would be good after a year to hop on the server and see what happens

You were banned on 11/23/23 for NLR, LTARP, and FailRP by Combat Chicken. The ban was updated to permanent when you violated Global Rule 15 by mass deleting documents from the Feld Guild (Doc Nuking).

It doesn't matter who made the documents. Doc nuking is against our rules. Do you think it would be appropriate for a Justice Minister to mass delete all of the laws they published to the server announcements just because they are removed from their position?

If they're my docs it is not doc nuking, If I offer to help out the server with my own docs and then I am banned and no longer wish to be part of the server me disabling view access to my documents isn't doc nuking it was never the servers to begin with I didn't doc nuke or anything of the sort, only after I was banned I removed access as it were my own personal documentations. I was not removed from a position only banned so its not like I lost my position and therefore doc nuked. Nethertheless it was ages ago anyway and it would be nice to get on and RP.

You show no remorse at all for what you did, it does not matter if it was your docs or someone else you still closed it which hurts the feld. It seems like you dont even want to be apart of this server any more since you did not even apologize for your actions and are just aguring.

I wouldn't say it was more about me showing remorse, I was convinced at the time I was not going to come back especially due to the amount of mingery and misconduct at the time along with abuse of authority hence why I decided to remove certain files, I see now and apologise that removing docs was not an ideal approach to go about it and I apologise and will ensure this doesn't happen again, my intention is not to argue the ban but more see it as what happened in the past happened and while it wasn't ideal I am focused on moving on to give the server another chance and once again apologise to anyone who suffered as a result of me removing my docs. If I knew at the time removing my own personal docs was against the rules or would constitute a permanent ban I would've acted differently. I hope to be able to be back on the server soon

There really is no reason to disable your documents other than to retaliate against roleplayers of the server, so I would say you should stay banned.
