Why were you banned?:  The reason was "You have been stopped."

Why do you deserve to be unbanned?: I believe recruiting people into the VW was the issue, but I understand that staff had already intervened to stop it. However, I was unaware that the VW wasn’t allowed in the city before being pulled into a sit by staff. From my perspective, the situation had already been addressed, so I’m confused as to why I received a ban.
