Regierungsrat Renden Undren: Researcher in the Ouroboros Foundation, previously worked in the MOS, Ordens Kommando(under Lentz), NSB, and Ordens Kommando(under Munich). He is currently assigned to work on radiation related projects, and has experience in finding occult objects.
Beowolf Krawczyk: Member of the Göttingen Corporation as security, previously worked for another gang in the Continental. Krawczyk guards the big boss and makes money.

How long have you been roleplaying?: Started RP in GMOD in 2020, Prometheus since 2021.

Have you received any infractions i.e Notes/Bans? If so, what were they for and what could you have done to prevent getting them next time?: Yes. 
Notes: 5 for RDM, 4 for Prop Minge, 1 for Metagame.
Bans: 5 bans, 1 ban appealed and accepted.
I can now say that I have knowledge of where the line is drawn and what breaks rules. Regardless I should having known and followed the rules from the beginning, but I was stupid, and have since kept myself to the highest standard.

What previous experience do you have as a staff member either within Garry’s Mod or the Nutscript Gamemode?
I have no previous experience as a Staff Member in Garry's Mod or with Nutscript. I have experience as a junior moderator in another game, but nothing else.

Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]:
I realize that I have a lot of infractions. I made a lot of mistakes and did retarded things, killing people for no reason and abusing props for moronic goals. I hope to move from my past and contribute to the server, having learned from my previous rule violations to better administer said rules. My last ban was 2 months ago, and the one before that being in November. I truly do want to improve, now being older and more serious about the server. I have logged more hours into the server, now wanting to be a standup rollplayer.
    I have around 2000 hours in GMOD, giving me superior knowledge of how the game works and better interpretation of actions done in game. Thanks to my relatively large amount of free time, I can be in the server almost every day for long periods of time. I also have practice adding people into factions and using the model system from my time as Trusted, giving me an advantage in general duties. I am aware of my lack of previous staffing experience, but I do intend to make up for it by taking as many tickets as I can handle, being willing to learn anything, and by asking for advice/help when needed. I do believe I can handle any general duties assigned to me. I have also gotten to know plenty of the staff(in good and bad ways), learning from how they have handled mine and other's tickets. I can also say I thoroughly know the PK rules, being PKed too many times to count.
   Finally, I know how to communicate effectively. I have spoken plenty during my time roleplaying and being involved in OOC issues, handling a variety of situations. I know the rules in and out, and can clearly define for others where the rules are and what rules mean. I can moderate issues between players in a non-biased way, making sure both parties have a honest discussion of what happened and what will happen. I can also handle players who might be angry or mingy, making sure to correct unhelpful behavior.

What are the duties and responsibilities of the position you are applying for in your own words? [150 Words or more]:

The duties of the position I'm applying for are basic player management, handling rule breaking in areas I'm allowed to handle, keeping the server's RP running smoothly, informing others about rules and the definition of rules, and general aid. Player management entails promoting players, adding players to factions, giving players proper models for their position, and making sure abuse of the promotion system doesn't happen. Handling rule breaking/informing about rules involves handling PKs, punishing rule breaking, helping new players learn the rules, and giving clear and established interpretation of the rules to players. Keeping the server's RP smooth is relatively easy, by making sure metagaming and FailRP don't happen and handling situations where said things occur. Finally, general aid is just helping players with issues not RP or rule related, like bugs or stuck players.

The responsibilities of the position I'm applying for include a high self standard, a basic respect for everyone, and dedication towards work. A staff member cannot being a lousy or inconsiderate of the rules, and must set an example for everyone else to follow. I'm pledging to meet that standard, at the very least. Everyone deserves respect, it's the least I can do. Finally, a staff member cannot be MIA when they have promised to help the server, one cannot not ignore duties and must work through said duties with effort.

+1 i feel they will be a good addition to the staff team i know they have alot of infractions but they havent had any since november until jan 5th ill make sure they are a  good staff member if they are accepted into staff

Yes, notes have been since early 2024.

-1 I wish you the best of luck, however for a gentleman who has been part of our community for ~4 years I'd expect you to already have a firm grasp on the rules, 10 notes, and 4 bans within the last year and a half in my opinion shows you need to spend a bit more time looking into the rules.

Furthermore, what were the dates on the infractions?

I'd be happy to change my -1 if there is evidence of you changing.

My first experience on the server was in 2021, then I forgot about the server for about a year or two. I joined back in late 2022-early 2023. The notes are evenly spread out from late 2023(post wipe)to January of 2025. 1st ban was in December of 2023, 3 bans in 2024 with 1 appealed and accepted, and 1 ban in January of 2025. I started my improvement in November/December of 2024, though as I said I was banned in January of 2025.

The amount of infractions— considering you had a week of playtime before the reset of them, which means you probably had more before then and all that you have are from the past year— is not something that makes me confident you have learned from your mistakes. I understand that 2 months without a ban is a considerable amount of time but I feel, with large backlog of infractions, a larger amount of time is needed to prove that you have learned.
