What do you want your vendor to sell?: vendor already exists and sells food and drinks , no changes here required

I have two businesses using small shop 2, one is managed by a guy in the HEER as his side hustle and the other is managed by guys in the KAG and State faction, the current vendor in the back has KAG and State faction access but not HEER, can you please update it so both the KAG, State and the HEER can use this vendor thus allowing all my business managers to buy and sell products at small shop 2. thank you!
