Explain why you were PK'd: Greif

Why should you be un-PK'd?: I was at the ICC garage were there was a NSB cheifinspektor i saw that he had his pistol on safety and wanted to try to start an altercation with him i start by saying by being mean yelling at em and calling him all sorts of names and he points the gun at me and i equip my MP40 and start to say imma shoot you if you try that again still trying to start something and safeties the weapon and i still berate him i say imma shoot you or imma have to kidnap you if you try that again i notice that he radiod " get to the femina" and i notice a large group of moi coming this way so i run to the garage and get shot with no warning just shot in the head then some time happens then im pulled into a sit and get pk'ed 

Additional Information: i will respect the UA opinion on this and if the pk stands im fine with that just wanted to test my luck
