Explain why you were PK'd: I was PK'd because I drove through the LaPo checkpoint and accidentally hit one of their members and they shot at me so i got out and they tried to tie me so i pulled my gun and they shot and killed me.

Why should you be un-PK'd?: I think i should be un PK'd because i didnt fully understand the RP rules at the time (im kinda new) and this is my first PK. I am very regretful over what i did and this is the first character i made and i would really like to continue it. Please consider un-PKing me.

Hi,

I am the staff member who approved your PK. It was issued due to Government PK Criteria 5, "Being killed while not abiding by Fear-RP."

Driving through a checkpoint and hitting a member, whether accidental or not, immediately escalated the situation. When you eventually stepped out of the vehicle, it did not help your situation that you chose to resist arrest, pull out your weapon, and decide to aim it at them.  

I understand that you are new and may not have fully had a grasp on the rules, but if you had familiarized yourself with them, this would have been avoidable. I encourage you to take this as a learning experience.

Thank you for responding, the rules make alot more sense and your response made me reflect extensively, I now understand what to do if I am in a similar situation and I will definitely adapt in the future. It would genuinely make my day if I were allowed to continue my character and after this I am going to read all the rules I can find. Also if it is more reasonable I would happily accept a temp-PK.
