Rules Broken / Conduct issues (Provide evidence for each): Apparently "Racism"

Additional Information: I was in the middle of a RP scenario when I was all of a sudden banned for "racism" by this staff member. There was no attempt to warn or speak to me about the "rule" I have broken (Nowhere in the rules does it clarify). There was no warn, talking to, or anything. I was immediately banned during an RP confrontation while there were only 18 people on the server.
