Explain why you were PK'd: He didn't tell me why but i assume its because i was saying fuck you and insulting them a lot

Why should you be un-PK'd?: I think i should be un-PK'd because I wasn't trialed, I wasn't put into a cell, he didn't get approval. I don't know how to put it any other way but i know this was uncalled for and not a justified way to handle this. 

Additional Information: 

was saying he was gonna lock me in a cell for 5 hours(I never entered one)

Denied.

After reviewing the evidence provided including your in game behaviour and logs it is clear that your PK was entirely justified.

You were arrested and tied up by Military personnel and yet you proceeded to spam the in character chat with trollish and mingy remarks.

Despite being restrained and in a vulnerable position, you made no attempt to roleplay realistically or show any regard for your character's life.

Instead you continously yelled out "fuck you" "fuck you hoe" "Hawk Tuah" and "broke bitch" among other absurd lines such as "You sound like you have my nuts shoved down your throat".

This sort of behaviour espcially considering the situation you were in showed you had a clear lack of regard for your character's life.

When a player is in custody and chooses to act like this completely throwing realistic RP out of the window and showing clear mingy behaviour we as members of Upper Administration we can approve PK's on players who show that sort of behavior under the PK guideline "On approval of UA+ [PK]".

Also, your claim that Slickb did not have a PK approved on you is entirely false.

I can confirm that this PK was fully authorized by a member of Upper Administration prior to being carried out.

Let me also clarify something that I've had to address in serveral recent PK appeals, you are not entitled to a court trial before being PK'd.

This seems to be a common misconception within the community.

A PK can be carried out without a trial if your behavior espcially while in custody completely disregards any form of roleplay standard.
