Explain why you were PK'd: i was pked cause i said i was gonna bust out my vice president of lapo and i was in icc i thought they wrongly jailed him i wasn't gonna kill any one i was unarmed i was gonna try to talk to the guys arresting him to bust him out the cells peacefully

Why should you be un-PK'd?: i didn't harm any one i didn't kill any one i listened to all commands i wasn't tried in court at all i i think a pk was too much a rank demotion would of been enough not murder cause i was upset my co got arrested i wasn't gonna harm any one or kill any one i had no guns or weapons 

Additional Information: i know i shouldn't of said it but i wasn't gonna act and harm any one or kill or injure any one if they would of gave me a a chance to explain but they they kept calling me bad slurs and wouldn't let me talk and just told the admins to straight up PK me

Hello I'm the staff that pk'd you under UA approval, you were caught attempting to free prisoners and broke in the icc to do so. Your radio was being monitored and you made you intent quite clear.

From reviewing your appeal and the evidence provided I believe your PK is fully justified.

You openly stated over the radio that you intended to break out your Police Vice President and Gary has provided a screenshot of that as proof of your actions.

Even if you were unarmed, breaching the ICC by yourself and attempting break out a prisoner in Military custody can have serious consequences.

As you were caught by the Luftwaffe Chief / Vice President openly communicating that you were going to break out his prisoner the consequence you faced was getting shot / PK'd.

Let me also clarify something that I've had to address in serveral recent PK appeals, you are not entitled to a court trial before being PK'd.

This seems to be a common misconception within the community.

A PK can be carried out without a trial if the situation warrants it and in this situation it definitely warranted a PK.
