Explain why you were PK'd: For the reason, I am unsure besides "UA approval." 

Why should you be un-PK'd?: The circumstances were a little lackluster. I had driven up to Saito (not knowing it was him), and when I got out, he immediately started a gun fight and gunned me down without even communicating over voice, making an attempt to roleplay or anything of the sort. Not to mention, two minutes later, he dies in the same way I do and then doesnt get pked but instead gets a temp PK. I am unsure if UA spectated it or if there is a clip of the instance either.

Additional Information: Apologies if this is short; I'm a little in the dark on why it was approved and don't think the way it was carried out was the best way to PK another RPI.

You were driving around by yourself in the middle of a civil war. Could not possibly fathom why. Saito was hiding while his men were coming to retrieve him to take him back to the MoI. Also very curious how you drove up to him and jumped out of your car at the verrrrrrry corner of the map. He was the only person back there and you just happen to come upon him...odd.

Saito being shot has zero to do with you, however, I will explain since you seem to think there was some slight against you. Saito was shot from across the map by a random NCO, we do not allow for JFK pk's unless otherwise approved. Realistically, Saito could have gotten away with no punishment, whether temp or permanent, and been totally within our precedence and our guidelines. I, however, believed he should have something happen to him. So a temporary PK was issued to demonstrate him being JFK'd in the street during a civil war. These are done on a case by case basis. 

TLDR; You were driving around by yourself as the VP like a goober and got gunned down when you happend upon Saito in the corner of the map where he was by himself hiding. You were gunned down as you were in a military uniform the military and MoI were in both in total KOS mode. Saito was JFK'd by a non-involved party and JFK's are not permitted unless otherwise approved. The end.

I was driving to every end of the map because I didn't think it was safe to be in the ICC while the MOI was being assaulted (had no idea if there was a group wandering around ready to attack the ICC) I had no idea anyone was there until I hopped out of my car to turn it with a physgun, Had I known it was him, and If wanted to take him on myself I would've just rammed my car into him and mag dumped him. Once I got out, I noticed there was someone in the corner, and they immediately began shooting me (I initially thought it was RDM because it had no roleplay involved)

On Saito being shot, I understand that fully, and I thank you for clarifying it.
