Why do you deserve to be unbanned?: I believe that what happened was a misunderstanding of the events, given that a sit was not given so I could explain myself, I think it is reasonable that my ban appeal serves this purpose.

 

In my vision it is clearly visible that I punch the victim just as a joke, he inherently tries to fight back with his pickaxe, I run, expecting to be chased by him and point my MP40 in the direction of the tunnel where he was (because I thought I heard him equip something), soon I hear the sound of gunshots (which I thought was fired by the victim), at that moment I go into a state of alert expecting the worst, he appears, I shoot (two bursts and he dies), I run through the sewers trying to get to the base but I am banned in the halfway.

Additional Information: It is important to clarify that yes, I have been banned several times, some for not controlling myself and others for not understanding the server rules. I have tried to improve on this, but the POs continue to give me a bad impression. I apologize enormously for the POs and even more so for this case.

Hello, I was the staff member who had banned you

There are a few things to go over -

Why were you banned? In this clip that you show, and what I had been observing the entire day, was a pattern of no intent to roleplay and constant harassment of players. Another staff member of the UA had already kicked you for breaking NLR. This was the initial incident that had peaked my interest after noticing that you had extensive past offenses and had only recently returned from a 2-week ban that I had given you prior! So I continued to try to overwatch your Roleplay. This is where I observed in OOC chat, one of the victims complaining about RDM, and so I looked closer at exactly what you were doing, and it showed you instigating a gunfight with no Roleplay at all. Also, the clip that you clipped was the same interaction that I witnessed and clipped as well, but I noticed that this was only 10 minutes after killing the victim in the mines, only 10 minutes prior. After the RDM, I spoke to the victim and learned that this was not the first time you had been harassing him. Randomly going up to people that are mining and punching them with no roleplay is considered punch minging and overall just RDM. Your actions were clear to instigate and try to start random gun fights with this player while he was going about his roleplay.

Why did I not take you into a sit? After taking all of the factors into consideration, after already getting a warning from the UA about NLR, the fact that I had already interacted with you extensively on your prior ban and with the fact that the majority of your past offenses were made this year, with more then 12 bans in the past Six months, I decided very reluctantly that it was not nessicary for you to be brought into a sit and questioned. - Your intent was very clear to not follow the rules - Your actions had no Roleplay leading up to it - The victim had been killed by you prior, and you returned only 10 minutes later to repeat your actions -

Dispute or apology? This appeal can't be both an apology and a dispute. It must be one way or the other; you're either disputing the judgment that was ruled on you, or you are apologizing and taking responsibility for your actions. Please clarify, as that will change how your appeal is addressed.
